Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Consistently praised in multiple reviews (e.g., 'todo impecable', 'clean and quiet'); rooms and suites reported very clean.
Service
9.5
Staff frequently described as very friendly and helpful (mentions of 'personal amable', Ezequiel); some specific service issues around spa scheduling but overall service rated highly.
Location
9.9
Repeatedly highlighted as a major positive: 'Great location', 'excelente ubicación', 'amazing area' and convenient neighborhood amenities.
Room Quality
8.7
Rooms described as large, comfortable with excellent beds and pillows; occasional issues reported such as sudden light failure and some noise/soundproofing concerns.
Amenities
7.2
Mixed: spa and massages are appreciated by some, but gym is small/broken, steam room and some spa facilities reported out of order, and one report of no hot water in the morning.
Value for Money
7.2
Several guests noted it felt 'expensive for what it offers' or had concerns about price-to-quality; others still recommend the hotel despite that.
Food and Beverage
7
Breakfast is the most common complaint: limited options, served via adjacent café rather than hotel buffet, timing/serving issues (coffee cooling, items arriving separately); some guests enjoyed the breakfast.
Overall Experience
10
Majority of reviews express strong overall satisfaction ('Excelente', 'Amazing area', 'felt like home'): clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff lead to a highly positive overall impression despite some amenity/food issues.

Ottima posizione, staff gentilissimo
Pros:

Staff della reception estremamente gentile, accogliente e professionale.
