Location, tea coffee and biscuits. Shower was great. Toiletries were very very nice.
Room temperature, room was far too hot with little ventilation and no fan.
La zona
Lo mejor: La ubicación es excelente, en una zona residencial preciosa y rodeada de edificios históricos. El desayuno fue correcto.
Lo peor: Reservamos y pagamos una Habitación Doble Superior. En la ficha de nuestra selección aparecía una estancia luminosa, con grandes ventanas, y en ningún punto se advertía que pudiera estar situada en un sótano. Sin embargo, nos alojaron literalmente bajo el nivel de la calle: había que bajar unas escaleras para acceder, la habitación era pequeña, la cama incómoda y la única ventana era minúscula y daba directamente a una máquina de aire acondicionado.
La diferencia entre la habitación anunciada y la recibida fue enorme, y la relación calidad-precio nos pareció absolutamente inaceptable. De haber conocido estas condiciones, jamás la habríamos reservado.
Reclamamos inmediatamente en recepción. La propia empleada se disculpó, reconoció que otros clientes ya habían presentado la misma queja y dijo que comprendía perfectamente nuestro malestar. A pesar de ello, como no disponían de otra habitación, no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución ni compensación.
El edificio y la zona son bonitos, pero eso no justifica comercializar como «Superior» una habitación en un sótano sin advertirlo claramente antes del pago. Estas habitaciones deberían identificarse expresamente como “basement/lower-ground-floor rooms” y mostrarse con fotografías representativas de su realidad. Recomiendo solicitar confirmación por escrito antes de reservar.

The room we got was nothing like the pictures. No bay windows at all, and the windows hardly open (1 out of 3 opens, and just slightly, we needed to improvise to open it more). It was terribly hot when we arrived at night, and the staff was helpless. The fans were all taken in other rooms.
The worst part was the mattress though. It felt like lying on a bunch of springs. One of is slept on the chair next to the slightly open window for parts of the night.
Top floor rooms require a rather tough climb with luggage.
