Perfect location, great experience!
Pros:

Location is perfect just next to the lake (we can see the lake while seating in their restaurant), ample parking space, staff is courteous and extremely helpful. I had issues regarding my Milford Sound bookings and the staff at reception helped me communicating with concerned people and also guided me. The breakfast was also good. The rooms were clean. Staff helped me allocating adjacent rooms and opened the connecting door for the 2 rooms I booked.

Cons:

It is not value for money. I ended up booking 2 rooms each having 2 double beds. Eventually my family of 4 used only one room and we ended up paying for 2 rooms.

Almost everything I liked it, specially the friendly staff.

Cons:

Hotel restaurant could have been open till 9:00pm, would be more helpful as we find difficult to find a place for dinner.

Location is good and the room was big and the nice but I still got a rash from the bed sheets
Pros:

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was fairly okay. Location is convenient.

Cons:

I woke up with a very bad rash on my neck and back. Very itchy and swollen. I ended up seeking medical attention because of the bed sheets. They looked clean and white but probably the pillows don’t get washed, they just change the sheets.
