Cons:

I am not happy about the Breakfast items. Specially burnt bacon which was informed to staff but restock from the same burnt batch.

Great value for money. Clean, comfortable, and a perfect base for visiting Milford Sound.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient for our trip to Milford Sound. Check-in was easy, and there was plenty of parking

The TV should be upgraded to a smart TV to provide better entertainment options for guests.

Amazing stay, great breakfast, exceptional staff and service!
Pros:

Everything! Staff were exceptional! It was my birthday and they left me a lovely note and treat in my room and made me feel super special. Breakfast was amazing! Great spread and had everything you could want. Really great staff and service - would come back in a heartbeat and stay longer!

Fabulous couple days of relaxing, just what we needed!
Pros:

Justin, Maggie, Stella and Daniel were great, they made us feel very welcome and were very attentive for both dinner and breakfast service. My son really enjoyed the pancakes for breakfast, and we left very full and happy too! The room was comfortable and warm with the heater on which was great as it was very chilly outside.
A big thank you to all the staff for looking after us and making our stay great.

Cons:

Quite a lot of condensation on the windows in the morning. Maybe some better extraction in the rooms would help.

Pros:

The hotel was close to town, clean, and the dining area had great views

Cons:

The king bed had two king singles together that left a large lump in the middle of the bed 😤
