جميل جدا انصح فيه ليومين ورح اعيد واكرر الزيارة
Pros:

الفندق جدًا جميل ومرتب، ومن أفضل الأشياء فيه الخدمة والتعامل. عندهم برنامج سهل الاستخدام للتواصل، وكانوا يردون علينا بسرعة جدًا وفي نفس الدقيقة تقريبًا.

كل الموظفين كانوا متعاونين وخدومين وبشوشين، وحسّسونا بالترحيب طول فترة الإقامة.

الفيلا كانت خاصة جدًا وفيها خصوصية كاملة 100٪، والمسبح كان نظيف. صحيح كان فيه شوية نحل، لكن هذا شيء طبيعي جدًا لأن المكان كله أشجار ونباتات وطبيعة.

وبرضو كان فيه بعض الهاموش البسيط غير الضار داخل الغرفة، وهذا طبيعي في الأماكن الاستوائية والطبيعية، وأهم شيء الحرص على إقفال الأبواب الخارجية.

طلبنا تجهيز غرفة شهر العسل ورتبوها لنا بشكل جميل، وعطونا كوبون مشروب مجاني من الكوفي وكانت لفتة جدًا لطيفة منهم.

بشكل عام أنصح الجميع بزيارة الفندق، وإن شاء الله أكرر التجربة وأرجع له مرة ثانية بالمستقبل.

Cons:

* بوفيه المطعم كان صغير جدًا من ناحية التنوع، وأتمنى يضيفون خيارات أكثر.
* وصلنا تقريبًا الساعة 9 الصباح وما كان فيه دخول مبكر، واضطرينا ننتظر لين الساعة 12 الظهر عشان نستلم الغرفة.
* الفندق بعيد عن وسط المدينة والخدمات، وهذا الشيء ممكن ما يناسب البعض، لكنه ممتاز للي يدور على الهدوء والاستجمام والخصوصية بعيدًا عن الزحمة.

بشكل عام كانت تجربة جميلة جدًا والإيجابيات أكثر بكثير من السلبيات.

Comfortable, Good Location (close to the airport) and Good Value for money

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit der Nähe zum Flughafen und man kann fussläufig zum Meer gehen.
Pros:

Besonders hat uns die wunderschöne Fauna und Flora der Hotel Anlage gefallen. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön und groß. Zudem muss man nur über die Straße gehen und man ist schon am Meer. Die Lage zum Flughafen ist auch super, gerade einmal 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war dieses Mal eher enttäuschend, war in einem Café neben der Hotel Anlage weil im Hotel das Restaurant gerade renoviert wird.

Pros:

Spacious clean apartment. Wonderful large pool. Staff were all charming. Made fuss of 3 year old grandson on his birthday. Breakfast ‘cake’. Sang happy birthday and lady who cleans room made special Happy Birthday on the bed.

Cons:

Shame main restaurant closed for renovation. Only found out a few days before. May have changed booking, though beach with restaurants etc. Only 5 minutes walk.

Pros:

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza all’aeroporto, non ci aspettavamo un hotel così bello. Il giardino per arrivare alle camere molto curato, la piscina molto grande con cocktail bar. Per andare al mare bastava attraversare una strada. Era anche il mio compleanno e ho trovato una meravigliosa scritta sul letto e una fetta di torta al cioccolato deliziosa!

Cons:

Il mare di Pukhet in quella zona non é il massimo , anche i ristoranti vicino sono scarsi. Se tornassi indietro rimarrei a mangiare in hotel al loro ristorante.

Good and near airport
Pros:

Great location near airport. Nice beach eateries nearby

Cons:

We had 2 nights here. The area around the pool lounges below the bar under the tree were not swept once. Was a lot of leaves on the canopies over the lounges. Saw staff clean the roof near the bar but never the area around bar or the above mentioned area. This neglected area was not five star hotel.
