Excellent location, very clean place. The spa with natural warm water is just amazing, not mentioning the natural sauna.

CONTROLEN LOS PERROS DEL BARRIO
Pros:

El señorío de las instalaciones, lo profesional del equipo en todos los puestos: recepción, seguridad, jardinería, restaurante.

Cons:

Chapa rota en la puerta, cortinas cortas dejan pasar luz, ruido de terremoto a las 7:30 am del Cisterna de Z Gas UN ATENTADO A LA SEGURIDAD, estaba a 50 centímetros de la habitación.

Plaga de perros no dejan salir del hotel. Organicen la Calle Santander para no alimentarlos o va a ser un caos.

Cons:

Tried to have my breakfast at the terrace tables but they wouldn’t let me even if I offered to pick up after myself. Those tables are just for drinking from the bar I guess

Regis! Mejoró mi experiencia en Panajachel
Pros:

Las termales! La limpieza! El personal!

Cons:

Hubiera sido excelente tener camastrones cerca de las termales.

No permitir a los huéspedes poner su música en las termales.

Se acabó el agua de EcoFiltro varias veces.

Cambio de aguas termales, debiera ser más temprano; al llegar a las 9am se estaba empezando a llenar y era insoportable de caliente.
