Handy for Olympic Park, good sized clean room.
No Air Con, but there was a decent fan. Check in through a window was a little strange
Molto comodo e vicino ad un punto di snodo cruciale per i collegamenti.
La zona non è proprio tranquillissima, purtroppo la sera da soli non è l'ideale.
Spacious room. Very clean
Parking was a plus. Staff were very accommodating and are available 24hrs. The room was very clean and tge bed was very comfirtable. The fridge was quiet and a great addition
There was no shower mat and only a small bath towel per person.i need a towel for wiping hands after using the toilet so would have liked one supplied.
Room was big, and clean
I’ve never checked in to a hotel through a window.
The door to the hotel was locked… and met by a security guard who told us that check in was “the window “
No amenities available .. ie bar/restaurant on site.
Local information poor.
Staff communication poor
Feel like the hotel is being misrepresented as a hotel!
Did not get selfie with the receptionist/ porter at the window
Great location to walk to Olympic Stadium with free parking. Room was comfortable and gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful
corridor smelled of cigarettes
The room was very nice very quiet
No breakfast
Booked this for a colleague for work and was astonished to find it being used as an immigrant hotel which wasn’t clear at booking stage.
If had known this we wouldn’t have booked.
The room was spacious and despite booking a double room, we had a double bed and single bed, so that was a nice surprise. During this heat wave, it was nice to have a large fan on the wall. Shower was good. Location of room was quiet and on ground floor. All seemed clean. Upon arrival, one of the workers kindly offered to bring us some ice cold drinks which we were thankful for as it was so warm.
Check in was very strange, pressed a buzzer outside at the door that said 'reception', as couldn't open door to go in. A man stuck his head through a small gap in the open door and asked why we were there, and I said I have a booking and he told us to go to the window round the front. Suddenly another man just opened a window and the whole check in happened there. It was windy, so his paper work started flying away. I really wasnt sure of the point of the window check in when they have a reception area.
Despite having a fan on the wall, the room was extremely warm that I slept very very poorly, as in barely an hour of sleep.
There were no spare pillows so one of us only had 1 flat pillow.
When we returned to the hotel about 11 pm at night because we'd been at a concert, there was multiple Indian men just in the car park. And there was a window open from one of the adjoining rooms where 2 small Indian children were trying to climb out of it, and there was a lot of noise coming out of that room. It made us feel quite unsafe because we were 2 women walking into a dark car park with men just sitting there for no clear reason. Luckily we could not hear noise once in our room.
The other thing I wasnt happy about was when I booked the room through booking.com, it said a free continental breakfast was available, a free continental breakfast is also clearly advertised on the hotels direct website. As I have coeliac disease, I contacted the hotel in advance to ensure I had gluten free options available, to be repeatedly told that I was not entitled to a free breakfast or any kind of breakfast, because id booked through booking.com. Despite repeatedly advising of the information on both booking.com and their direct website, I was repeatedly told no breakfast, and given no form of adding a breakfast onto the booking, which was very disappointing considering the price of the room.
Three single beds, plenty of room for our overnight stay. Lots of windows to open (we went on the hottest days in june) large wall fan. Beds very comfortable and clean.
No air con
Booked last minute. Staff met us at the door with a bottle of water. Gave us a different room so we had a bed each instead sharing. The room was comfortable the facilities was very good. Would recommend it to anyone and would stay again.
Clean, good value for money.
Very Friendly
