We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Palermo. Its location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and cafés.

The reception staff and hotel employees were very attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Our initial room was facing the street directly opposite the opera house, which was a bit noisy late at night. However, after we informed the staff, they quickly and kindly arranged a room change for us, which we greatly appreciated.

The hotel’s central location is definitely one of its biggest advantages, and the staff’s willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo. 😊

All the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is fortunate to have such good staff. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and the area was kept clean. The room was clean and had a nice terrace. I very much appreciate being able to store my luggage before check in. That was very helpful. It was a good location and plenty of good restaurants and shops around. It is about a 20 walk to the Cathedral.

Great location. Clean. Very friendly staff. Perfect italian breakfast.

Firstly, the rooms here are comfortable. Unfortunately, the rooms are situated by a busy road and you can hear outside when you are trying to sleep (not great for light sleepers). Staff here are not too friendly and very much a lack of greeting service (we weren’t even told when Breakfast was) but at the reception, staff happily direct you to best places to eat and to visit while in Palermo. Not all staff members are so happy to help though.
Location here is fantastic. Unfortunately, breakfast is a nightmare. Limited table space, so unable to sit anywhere but share a table with two other groups of people. Moreover, no cutlery on hand. Dirty plates. This really was underwhelming.
I would love to rate this higher and can see potential but these limitations are really poor.

I feel that this hotel has many issues with it that only require simple solutions.
The positives first. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and smiley.
The location of this establishment is excellent for navigation around Palermo. The receptionists did supply us with a map and gave good dining and tourist tips.
The rooms were lovely and spacious, and had good facilities and comfy beds.
The negatives now.
The cleanliness here was massively problematic. We found worms on our towels, there was mould in our room and there were bugs on the ceiling. We were in Room 001 and the window was terribly insulated. Despite having it closed and having the shutters as a second barrier, we felt like we had it flung open as the noise was terrible when we tried to go to sleep.
The breakfast here was extremely poor. On our second and final breakfast, we had nowhere to sit down, so we ended up in the lobby sofas. The food was mostly pretty terrible or stale. The rooms and cutlery/plates/cups (when we got access!) felt dirty. It really was the worst breakfast I’ve had in a hotel.
This hotel has SO much potential but these faults were massive faults.
