People were very friendly. Pool was nice and the hot tub all the clients there were very friendly and respectful
Location was excellent for us
We stayed at this hotel during our vacation and were very disappointed. The room we were given was extremely small, and both my wife and I felt uncomfortable and claustrophobic. We spoke to the front desk about the issue around 5:30 PM, shortly after checking in. Instead of trying to help or offering a solution, we were told that because we didn't mention it earlier, we would have to pay extra for another room. We felt stressed and disappointed, especially since we were on vacation. Customer service should focus on helping guests, not charging them more when they have a genuine concern. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Could hear someone snoring from halfway down the hallway, sound isnt as bad room-room but there isnt much for soundproofing aside from complimentary earplugs.

Moyen propre, on entend beaucoup les environs (musique, pas, conversion).
