Pros:

It was quiet, comfortable, a good location for walking down to the waterfront restaurants. The hot tub and pool were good. The hotel was clean and nice, people were friendly.

Cons:

There was only 1 pillow per person, I've never been in a hotel that only had one pillow per person! We did ask for more but they only gave us 2 more. The room / bathroom was a little small for 4 people.

Uitstekend geslapen in een zeer comfortabele kamer.
Pros:

Uitstekende kamer (2 queensize bedden), zeer vriendelijk personeel, heel behulpzaam. Alles helemaal naar wens.

Cons:

Uitzicht (9de verdieping) op de stad stelde niet veel voor, omdat zicht belemmerd wordt door een andere wolkenkrabber.

Location is ideal- for walking to Canada Place or down to the ferries to Granville Public Market
Pros:

Loved the hotel - worked perfectly for our group of three! Wonderful View. Want the same room when I return next June.
This hotel was perfectly located for what we wanted to do. Less than a mile walk to the ferries to Granville Public Market and an easy walk to Canada Place. Room was very clean and so glad I booked one with a view.

Cons:

The photos of the pool deck were a little bit misleading. It's a very small space without anywhere to sit. But it did not matter much as we did not spend much time at the hotel. Not many dinner options that would work for us near the hotel.
