Friendly Staff

Cons:

The pictures don’t represent what the island looks like very out dated and inaccurate beach is just big rocks. food was mid at best and rather expensive. there was no key for our room when we arrived however next day they found 20 just for our room. communicate was appalling lack of organisation.

Great resort with great personel that try to make your stay memorable.
Pros:

I was amxious going because of the nad reviews but it turned out a great Resort. Yes the pool side is worn but they are in the process of maintaining it. Food choice is limited but you can enjoy the food at the Serenity Sands Glamping resort which Opened not long ago. Their pool is amazing and can be used if you buy lunch or dinner. Ake who is behind the bar there is very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The prices for the massages are too high but the massage is great. Also the payable trips are quite expensive too.

Lovely location and a nice gym but facilities are outdated and the restaurant/service average.
Pros:

Location and views were stunning.
The onsite gym exceeded expectations.
Daily fish feeding with swim back to shore.
Coconut demonstration.
Nature medicine walk.
Snorkling.

Cons:

Service at the resort restaurant for dinner was average. Dinner food was average quality - sauces were too strong and not aesthetic. We went to the Sands glamping for the remaining dinners which were similar price and tastier.
There’s a lot of maintenance needed for the facilities to bring up to scratch.
Room servicing day 1 was at dinner time. Room servicing day 2 did not happen and we had to ask for clean towels at reception.

Pros:

Not much happens on this island. Took 3 days for room service to come in and clean my room thats after i complained. Furniture was very outdated and value for money on food was crazy expensive.

Fabulous peaceful resort to "step off" life for a time!
Pros:

Fabulous island stay; lovely beachfront bures; experienced a tropical storm for a day or two then devine weather!!!

Cons:

Price of food unfortunately was quite high - though understand this as all supplies need to be boated in : simpler options (like salads and mini-sized meals) might be good options to consider

Good stay for relax and snorkel
Pros:

The there snorkeling was nice, the island is perfect for relaxation, we spent there 7 nights. The staff was nice

Cons:

It was always problem with booking a trip on the island, they always say tomorrow,tomorrow,tomorrow but there is no tomorrow as the OG manager dont care plus try to overcharge you… i would expect more care for the customers plus be mindful that tourists are not stupid regarding money. Dont try to overcharge them and try to help them to explore as much as possible for the low cost not only business first and customer second. Thats what i dont like, plus the price there for a meal are slightly overcharged but its maybe because its an small island and you pay extra for the transport…

Good stay at serenity
Pros:

Good stay serenity with friendly staff and great location to Nadi. Rooms were nice and food was great.

Cons:

Beach wasn’t as nice and is very rocky. Lots of construction nearby. And lots of people from nearby cruise ships come on shore to snorkel.

Pros:

The room was spotless and really comfortable. The place was a paradise.

Cons:

The only thing I can say is that the staff wasn’t very helpful when you needed. I had to ask them twice for whatever and they need more organisation for meals and restock everything.

Un excellent rapport qualité-prix avec une chambre idyllique en bord de mer. Cet hôtel est un îlot de tranquillité tout près de l’île principale, très facilement accessible. Personnel toujours souriant et aux petits soins.

Cons:

Si on cherche absolument un bémol : la nourriture pourrait être un peu plus diversifiée et riche en légumes
