Ok stay
Pros:

It was in a good location downtown to get to our event. The beds/ bedding were comfortable. The church bells ring every 15 minutes which was lovely but might not be for all. There is a 12:00 checkout which is nice. We had supper in the ‘restaurant’/ lobby. It was pretty good. There wasn’t a lot of noise from other rooms/ the hallway.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included in the price of the stay and was by far the worst continental breakfast of the 20+ places we stayed on our six week trip. The orange juice was water with the slightest orange color and taste. The eggs etc were cool and tasteless. Very disappointed. Ate elsewhere the second day.
There were many sirens at all hours from the police station across the road.
Road construction began at 7:00 am
The refrigerator needed to be on full to be cold enough. It was very noisy when it ran.
Our TV didn’t work. I was able to get it to work by resetting the box. We couldn’t watch many shows as the child lock code was on. We gave up at that point.
The shower head was at a height perfect for those 7 ft plus but not so good if you needed to adjust it while in the shower. The towels were on racks in the shower.
Parking was $40/day which is to be expected given the downtown location. It was valet parking so you had to call ahead to get your car brought down and couldn’t access your car as readily as would have been nice had it been in a different lot.
The desk chair was very uncomfortable.

Cons:

I was charged for something in the restaurant/bar that I should not have been. We paid cash for everything each visit. Their "what room policy " for charges can be used by anyone as no proof is needed. I asked for it to be removed from my card and was told it would be reviewed and the manager would get back to me. She didn't

Clean, great location, safe, and heated pool!
Pros:

Clean, safe and everyone was friendly! CenteLly located and my husband loved the heated pool, along with our kids!!

Cons:

Nothing besides there weren’t eating utensils in the room.

Excellent for NFL Trip
Pros:

Excellent hotel for attending NFL as stadium and city centre 15 mins away. Also super breakfast

Cons:

I had a late flight and would have been good to have option for a late check out even with payment

It was very pleasant and the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Awall on front desk.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and located conveniently. There was a great selection of food and morning drinks.

Cons:

The front desk could tell you that the room temperature was monitored by a thermostat located on the wall and not
on the unit itself.
