Extra luxury hotel. Great view and facilities. Great breakfasts.
Pros:

The quality. Breakfast ala carte was great. Super gym for sport people. Swimming pool on the roof exceptional.

Cons:

We had big problem with electricity. The lights was turning on for whole the night awakening us. The next day it was luckily solved. The big surprise was that to rooms for 4500€ was added without asking and permission 229€ to bill. Later when I started asking what is it about, appeared that it’s not obligatory and can be removed. But first the staff asked me to pay that amount on checkout bill with other positions. It was very not elegant. In my country that would be considered as theft attempt. Not acceptable in hotel this class and price imho.

Waste of money. Below average rooms. Crazy expensive prices. Lovely staff at reception.

Location is good.

Cons:

It’s a 3.5 star masquerading as a 5 star plus. Curtains are not black out. Rooms would be good for a 3 star and average for a 4 star. Photos on website look good because of the rooftop pool which has zero atmosphere and no guests.. a glass of bubbles is €50 .. as soon as you see the prices you run. For €900 per night we were completely ripped off.. Not even a complimentary drink, expensive minibar. I’ve stayed in places 2x the price which was better value. Avoid avoid avoid.

Design am Hafen
Pros:

Schönes Design -Hotel. Die Lage am Hafen hat viele Vorteile. Unser Zimmer war grosszügig mit einer aussergewöhnlichen Sicht auf den Hafen.
Allgemein, bis auf einige Ausnahmen, war das Personnal sehr höfflich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist à la carte und alle Wünsche werden erfüllt.

Cons:

Ein zweites, einfacheres Restaurant wäre gut.

Понравилось все. Редкость для Италии такие новые, стильные отели. Комфорт и сервис на уровне. Отличные номера, прекрасная сантехника, неплохой завтрак а-ля карт

Cons:

Не пониавился ресторан Мишлен. Уровень цен отдичных ресторанов Мишлен в Москве, но качество блюд просто ужасное. Невеусно все. Несочетаемые вкусы. Превалирует вкус жженогл гриля везде. Есть амбиции, есть фантазия, но есть невкусно, хоть и эстетично. В общем для ужина набо искать ресторан другой, иначе минус тысяча евро на троих и никакого удовольствия
