The receptionist she helped me a lot because I had an early flight from Australia and she tried to get me in my room as soon as possible. That was really appreciated.

Cons:

Breakfast included at every Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at until thus one. Breakfast was $25 and of poor quality. This was in effect a $25 extra tax for staying. I will return to Holiday Inn ,but I will never stay at this location again.

LET OP: boek zonder ontbijt! Ze brengen achteraf kosten in rekening! Door een verbouwing moesten we a la carte bestellen met een voucher. Vervolgens werd daar sales tax over geheven die nog betaald moest worden terwijl het ontbijt inclusief was bij onze boeking. Bij klagen zeiden ze dat het op de voucher stond in kleine letters. Gelukkig heeft Booking.com bemiddeld want het hotel kwam op geen enkele manier tegemoet. Geeft een nare herinnering.

Zwembad was altijd zwemles dus altijd druk - en er dreven pleisters rond.

Friendly Staff, Clan and Quite Hotel
Pros:

Friendly Staff, supervisors and front Desk Staff was so nice, responsive and co-0perative, also Hotel was so quite, clean and mattress are so comfortable, the location of the hotel is center between Langely & Surrey, very close, (walking distance) to diffrent shopping & Fast food restaurants, Definitely will plan to stay there in the future, if I need to book for hotel.
