Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Außenanlagen ebenfalls.

Cons:

Enttäuschend, dass die große weiße Lampe im Freien der Bar total verschmutzt ist. Wurde wahrscheinlich seit der Eröffnung nie mehr gereinigt.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Essen eher wie in einem Strandbad-Restaurant statt in einem 4-Sterne-R

Der Pool und der Fitnessraum waren toll

Cons:

Wir waren ehrlich gesagt etwas enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Von einem 4-Sterne-Resort erwarten wir im Gesamten einfach mehr und dieses Hotel erfüllt in vielerlei Hinsicht nicht, was es unserer Meinung nach für vier Sterne oder ein Resort braucht.

Angefangen hat es schon beim Einchecken: Uns wurde weder erklärt, wo sich was im Hotel befindet und auch im Generellen wurden wir nicht sehr freundlich empfangen. Dann hat uns auch niemand über die Wörthersee Plus Card informiert und wir haben diese erst nach unserem Nachfragen erhalten. In einem kundenorientierten, gastfreundlichen 4-Sterne-Resort sind das unserer Meinung nach einfach Basics, die vorhanden sein müssten.

Dann hatte das Restaurant an zwei von unseren 3 Tagen geschlossen, was wir in der Hauptsaison auch schwierig finden, zumal das Hotel etwas ausserhalb von Klagenfurt liegt. Am ersten Abend wurde uns beim Einchecken gesagt, dass das Restaurant an diesem Abend ausgebucht ist. Als wir dann später trotzdem anrufen, hatten sie doch noch Platz und in Wahrheit war das Restaurant nur etwa zu 30% besetzt. Unter ausgebucht verstehen wir etwas anderes. Die nächste Enttäuschung war dann das Essen selbst. Auf der Webseite wird Essen auf Gault Millau Level angepriesen, aber die Auswahl und auch die Qualität erinnerte eher an Schwimmbad-Restaurants. Also auch da sehr weit entfernt von einem 4-Sterne-Resort.

Zimmer war okay, allerdings wurde unser Mülleimer von den Vorgängern nicht geleert. Ausserdem ist es unserer Meinung nach inakzeptabel, bei diesem Preis nicht automatisch die Zimmer zu reinigen, sondern dies nur als Option freizulassen. Dass Handtücher aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen nicht automatisch gewechselt werden, unterstützen wir absolut. Aber wenn der Zimmerservice nur optional ist, müssten die Zimmerpreise dementsprechend günstiger sein.

Im Ganzen weist dieses Hotel sein sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auf und erfüllt in unseren Augen überhaupt nicht, was man sich von einem 4-Sterne-Resort erhofft.
