Pros:

Ottima posizione per visitare i castelli di Neuschwanstein e Hoenschwangau, raggiungibili anche con una bella passeggiata. Struttura molto bella e accogliente, colazione ottima. Dalla finestra della nostra camera si vedeva il castello di Neuschwanstein!

Dobra miejscówka na zwiedzanie okolicy.
Pros:

Hotelik całkiem miły, choć w starym stylu. Pokój jasny i czysty, ale nasze okna wychodziły na drogę i tu był problem dużego hałasu. Śniadania dobre choć nietanie (w cenie lunchu w pobliskiej restauracji). Natomiast, świetna lokalizacja do zwiedzania okolicy.

Hałaśliwa droga w bliskim sąsiedztwie.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Für win Einzelzimmer wirklich gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, auch wenn das Bad nicht das neueste ist, hat es alles was man braucht und war wirklich sauber. Nicht so begeistert war ich vom Frühstück, Preis Leisting könnte in meinen Augen hier ein wenig angepasst werden.
Lage wirklich einwandfrei, großzügige Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel, in 6 Minuten mot dem Auto am Parkplatz dee Königsschlösser.

Die Aussicht auf Neuschwanstein, die zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Die Dachschräge im Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Gäste in unserem Alter können da leider nicht duschen oder baden. Beim nächsten Mal wahle ich die nächst höhere Zimmerkategorie.

La posizione era perfetta e anche la struttura in tipico sile bavarese

An excellent location for a base to start / finish the Deutsche Alpenstrasse or Romantischestrasse
Pros:

Safe parking at the rear of the property for our motorcycle and the lift made carrying all the luggage upstairs much easier. Rooms on the road side have a balcony, some with a view of Neuschwanstein Castle. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was excellent, great food and service.

Cons:

Road facing rooms can suffer from traffic noise but the double glazing works very well to stop it being intrusive.

Great location to castles, very hot room and noisy street
Pros:

The room was large and there was actually a bathtub instead of just an enclosed shower. The exterior shown in the photographs is charming but it did not match the very dated interior. The view of the castles was fantastic! But I'm sure many similar hotels in this same village had the same views. Book early because I believe they go fast. It was about a 5 minute drive to the castles' parking lot so that was great. There was a nearby grocery store. Some hotel parking but people park strangely without lines and were taking up too much room, making for less spaces.

Cons:

It was the hottest hotel temperature-wise that we had ever stayed at which made for a miserable two nights. No air conditioning, and not even a room fan available! It was probably 85 degrees F inside. The windows opened but there were no screens so flies kept coming in even though we desperately needed the windows open to let in some cool air. And the noise outside was terrible! At 6am it was like a million trucks were driving right past the hotel-probably the noisiest hotel ever, which you think would be very quiet in a small village. Maybe it was the time of year? But it woke us up even with earplugs. The pillows were a weird size-large but flat. The shower was located on the long wall of the bath, not a short wall, so it was really awkward. No elevator. Breakfast was too expensive, especially if you had more than one guest! I would not stay there again.

Es bräuchte nicht viel für eine positive Wahrnehmung.
Pros:

Haus optisch hübsch. Biergarten sehr hübsch.

Cons:

Personal (Cheffin?) sehr unfreundlich.
Marmeladengläser des Frühstücksbuffets wurden erst wieder aufgefüllt, wenn man sie ganz leer gemacht hatte.
Im Biergarten des im gleichen Haus befindlichen Restaurants (anderer Betreiber) wurde uns kein Bier/Apéro mehr serviert, da schon für Abendessen reserviert war. Fehlt da ein Agreement?
Anmeldung Frühstück zwingend vor 18:00h. Danach musste vor 18:00h allenfalls abgesagt werden, sonst keine Abmeldung mehr möglich. Frühstückspreis, war nicht inbegriffen bei der Buchung: In Buchungsbestätigung war noch 13.50 EUR. Über inzwischen stattgefundene Preiserhöhung auf 16 oder 16.50 EUR wurde nicht informiert. Wäre unser Problem, dass wir nicht gefragt hätten. Auch kein Entgegenkommen in Kulanz.

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hotel, wir waren zufrieden.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal.
Gute Lage, Königsschlösser innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar.
Sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Parkplatz-Situation am Abend etwas schwierig, da sich ein Restaurant im Hotel befindet, das sehr gut besucht war.

Dusche nur mit einem Duschvorhang und sehr hohem Einstieg, für ältere Menschen (meine 85jährige Mutter war dabei) leider nicht ideal.
