Lovely pool and parking.

Cons:

We had an issue with the flush on the toilet after 4 times of asking and 10 hours later it was sorted. Also the room only had one large and one small towel. Again after 4 times of asking 🤔 Had expected better from a 5* hotel.

L’emplacement, l’équipe du bar auprès de la piscine et au sky , la nourriture au sky est top !!

Cons:

Nous avons pris une suite spacieuse mais vide ! La deco et la moquette a revoir, ca ne merite pas le prix payé
Les filles aux petits dej qui ne te calculent meme pas, qui insultent les clients par des gros mots dans leur dos ( je les ai bien entendu) à revoir, l’équipe d’avant était plus professionnelle et souriante

Bon séjour avec une très belle vue, mais le confort du lit et du fauteuil est à améliorer.

Très belle vue et emplacement agréable. L’hôtel est propre, calme et le personnel est accueillant.

Cons:

Le lit n’était pas très confortable et le fauteuil de la chambre mériterait d’être remplacé ou rénové.

Great view, but an aging hotel with disappointing service that is no longer worth the price. This will likely be my last

Cons:

This was probably my sixth stay at this hotel over the years, during different seasons and periods. Unfortunately, the hotel has declined significantly. What used to be a very good property now feels old and poorly maintained. The furniture is outdated, worn, and in some cases dirty. The overall condition no longer reflects the standards expected from a hotel in this price range. The staff is also far from what I would expect from a 5-star hotel, especially when compared to other hotels in Rabat and Salé. Service lacks professionalism, attention to detail, and the level of hospitality that should come with a premium hotel experience. Considering the rates charged, the value for money is simply no longer there.
