Personnel disponible et hôtel propre, mais confort décevant et restauration défaillante

Le personnel et l'emplacement

Cons:

​Un bon point pour l'équipe qui s'est montrée très disponible et accueillante tout au long de notre séjour, ainsi que pour la propreté générale de l'établissement.

​Cependant, plusieurs points ont nettement gâché notre expérience :

​Inconfort & incident : La literie n'était absolument pas confortable. De plus, sur l'une des deux suites réservées, nous avons dû demander un changement en pleine nuit car le lit était cassé.

​Suite de remplacement non prête : La seconde suite attribuée sentait le renfermé et manquait d'équipements de base (ni cafetière, ni frigo...), donnant l'impression qu'elle n'était pas ouverte à la location.

​Restauration : Les prix pratiqués dans les restaurants et cafés de l'hôtel sont excessivement chers au vu du rapport qualité/prix. De plus, le temps d'attente y était extrêmement long (compter 35 à 45 minutes pour être servi).

​Le personnel fait de son mieux, mais les prestations globales ne sont pas au niveau attendu pour un établissement de ce standing.

restauration du soir , le personnel s’occupait plus à service des clients de l’extérieur que nous , on a attendu une heure et à la fin partir sans manger .

Super séjour au Dawliz
Pros:

J’ai adorée leurs accueil et leurs service de haut niveau
Le personnel ont été au petit soins et je les remercie en dehors de ça l’hôtel est incroyable espacée avec plusieurs restaurants et puis quelques animations autour !! Je notifié que la chambre était épurée grande et super bien décoré avec vue incroyable !!!!
J’ai aimé mon séjour au Dawliz et sur et certain que je reviendrais !! Encore merci pour tout

We absolutely loved our stay at Dawliz Rabat Art & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing, with an amazing view. The location is also very convenient, just a short drive from the historic city centre. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and always available to help. A special thank you to Kamar and Hiba at the reception, who went above and beyond to help me and my friend change our flight tickets. They even communicated with the travel agency on our behalf, and without their help we honestly wouldn’t have managed. We are truly grateful for their kindness and support!

Nothing in particular. We had a wonderful stay and everything met our expectations.
