Cons:

The lady at check in wasn’t very helpful. She didn’t tell us about the parking discount, offer the spa facilities or breakfast and didn’t direct us on how to get to the room. She was polite but if I hadn’t have read the booking messages beforehand I would not have been aware of any of the perks or extra options.
