The facilities were lovely, clean, and peaceful. Room was comfortable and very roomy. Great supplies provided in the room.
It was a 5-10 minute walk from the city centre
The rooms were basic for the price.
The beds were very uncomfortable, with 2 single mattresses pushed together that moved apart in the night.
The bathrooms resembled swimming showers.
The robe and slippers were not included in the stay, when we paid we had crispy, run down robes.
You have to pay for the pool sauna and steam room, these facilities were also very basic, the pool was cold and also swimming lessons taking place.
When ringing reception about the robes we were told to go down and purchase, when we went down she said there’s none left, so we had to wait 30 minutes for some.
There wasn’t any value for money with this hotel, no complimentary water in the fridges and the price of snacks and drinks downstairs were abysmal.

The room was great, the receptionist who greeted us was exceptional, thank you.
Disappointing that there was no food available in the evening, other than the snacks in the reception area. The prices of those snacks were absolutely extortionate and I do believe they need reviewing . Also felt the breakfast didn’t offer the choice it has for previous stays.
The stay was a shambles
I arrived at the property, we had no water from the time we arrived to the time we left the next day, On leaving the property I was advised I would receive a 50% refund, after ringing and ringing to be promised the refund would be done it’s still not ever been received. Avoid this place at all costs!
Room decor was lovely and spacious, spacious bathroom also and good fridge in room
Think shower could be better and pillows could be comfier
