Disappointed normally nice staying here
Pros:

Property nice area good

Cons:

Didn’t clean the room for 5 days whilst staying, and also one of the staff was very rude because we was a hour late for check out even though i told another staff the night before about us checking out later and he said it was fine as we are regular customers probably won’t stay again there literally being told well can you get out by quarter past

Pros:

Lovely hotel, modern, spacious, clean, huge choice for breakfast, friendly staff. Great location for the AO Arena, just 2 minute walk away.
