au dessous de la moyenne
Pros:

1) on a pris chambre lit double
2) le personnel de l'accueil et les femmes de chambre sont tres agreables
3) emplacement de l'hotel au top !

Cons:

1) petit dejeuner tres industriel, les gauffres ressemblent a du plastique, les muffins contiennent 70% de sucre et les oeufs sont articiels, les oeufs c'est de la poudre industrielle melangée avec de l'eau, aucun produit n'est fait maison, tout est industriel.
2) il faut laisser l'eau couler 5 minutes pour avoir l'eau chaude dans la douche.
3) le parking est payant 15$ par jour.
4) pas de place pour ranger les vetements il n'y a pas de placard.
5) impossible de communiquer avec l'hotel via booking, l'hotel ne repond jamais meme pour avoir une facture.
6) le matelas est mou et j'ai eu des douleurs de dos car le matelas n'est pas ferme.

The staff was nice and the location was convenient

Cons:

The main water line broke and the hotel had NO water. No showers, no toilets, no sinks NO WAY of getting ready or doing the basics. The management didn't offer water bottles unless you asked and then they only offered 2 bottles per room. I asked for a refund and they offered partial credit. TERRIBLE. I understand it was not their fault that the city main water line broke but the stay was completely compromised.

Het hotel ligt perfect gelegen voor een vlotte verbinding naar de luchthaven. Ook de stad is makkelijk te bereiken dankzij het gratis openbaar vervoer. De kamers zijn modern & proper.

Cons:

Het hotel bracht extra kosten in rekening via onze credit card. We proberen dit al 4 weken via Booking.com op te lossen, zonder resultaat. Zowel het hotel als Booking.com doen onvoldoende om dit op te lossen.

Unacceptable charges creditcard
Pros:

Be aware when staying at this hotel. They charged amounts to my credit card without providing any explanation or prior communication.
After several emails, I was eventually told that the charges were for the two nights we parked at the hotel. However, two separate amounts were charged: $59 and almost $46. Parking is advertised as $15 per day, plus tax, so these amounts simply do not add up to two days of parking.
What I find particularly unacceptable is that the hotel can apparently charge my credit card without any explanation or itemized invoice. I have contacted the hotel several times, but the manager has not responded to my emails or provided any clarification.
I am extremely disappointed and very dissatisfied with the way this has been handled. I find it completely unacceptable and frankly outrageous that money can simply be taken from a guest’s credit card without proper communication or a clear explanation of the charges.
I would strongly advise other guests to pay close attention to their credit card statements when staying at this hotel.

Emplacement idéal pour la visite de Salt-Lake City.

Grande chambre avec literie très confortable, proche du centre ville. Parking facile. Petit déjeuner varié avec des nouveautés chaque jour. Laundry à petit prix. Personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Petite piscine, très encombrée en fin de journée.
