Bon séjour dans un bel hôtel moderne, confortable et propre

Cons:

Le lavabo au milieu de la chambre alors que la douche et le wc sont dans la salle de bain qui était suffisamment grande pour accueillir ce lavabo. Nous n’avons pas compris l’intérêt. En couple, ça peut aller mais en famille, ça le fait moins. Salle pour le petit déjeuner un peu juste. Ne pas attendre 7h30 pour s’installer ou vous mangez dans le hall.

Super Lage und bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Das Morgenbuffet war am zweiten Tag sehr mangelhaft. Zudem hat mir das Hotel 20.- in Rechnung gestellt was aber nicht belegt werden kann. Zudem wurde auch nichts kommuniziert. Kann man nichts machen.
Schade. War vil. nur ein zwei schlechte Tage denn sonst hats gepasst.

Great place to stay for a night, minus the noisy AC
Pros:

The hotel itself was very clean and the design of the hotel and rooms was very nice and felt like an upscale stay for us.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room was quite noisy - turning off and on all night long.
The breakfast was pretty basic, full of lots of grain products. It would have been nice to have seen some additional healthier options - cottage cheese, roasted veggies, or Greek yogurt (not just regular low protein yogurt). The fresh fruit was all gone by 8:30am.

Pros:

La proximité avec le centre ville, vous pouvez découvrir Salt Lake City à pied depuis l’hôtel sans problème (Capitol Hill, Temple Square).
Piscine petite mais appréciable :)

Nice but lazy on customer service

Cons:

It was a good property but they charged me $200 for a deposit and they kept $152 after paying ahead on booking. Called them twice to just get told I’ll get emailed by there manager. Haven’t yet. Trying to get this disputed. I guess watch your deposits. Dude who took my card never told me a price of deposit. Just ran my card.

Great stay. Would stay again!
Pros:

Resort was very clean, security was great, pool was a wonderful temperature, room was more than I thought it would be, shower was spacious, breakfast had plenty of options. The toilet didn't flush very well. Other than that, the room was quiet and there were no complaints!
