Verblijf was prettig. Het personeel deed goed hun best, maar ze waren nog een beetje jong.

Cons:

Alles was gedateerd. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden voor deze accomodatie, maar er moet wel geinvesteerd worden.

Basic hotel that has seen better days - lots of potentiel left unused
Pros:

The breakfast buffet is probably the best thing about this hotel. A large choice of sweet and savoury breakfast options and fresh fruit and vegetables, hot and cold drinks, cereals,...
The rooms are correct.

Cons:

The wall-to-wall carpet in the rooms has seen it's best days and isn't very hygienic. The tv wasn't working and the wifi wasn't very stable. The hotel had a lot more facilities that have been left abandoned and give the hotel a bit of a derilict look

Hotel was oud, maar opgeknapt en vooral schoon!

Cons:

Het was toch wel gedateerd, maar ik heb modernere accomodaties gezien die meer tegen vielen

Fijn verblijf voor een gezin, fijne familiekamer
Pros:

De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Echt een goede prijs voor wat je krijgt. Mooie kamer, goed voor ons als gezin.
Goed voldoende ontbijt. Avondeten was ook goed bij het verblijf.

Cons:

Niet echt iets.

Proximité et réponds aux premières attentes sans plus
Pros:

Proximité avec le parc Eifel Park (1min en voiture) et propreté des lieux/de la chambre.

Cons:

Il y'avait vraiment très peu de fréquentation : nous avons mangé au restaurant le soir et peu de choix au menu (bien que bon) pareil pour le petit déjeuner choix limité (pas d'œufs brouillés ni bacon)

Uns hat es gut gefallen: Die Leistungen waren sehr in Ordnung; die "aktive rheinische Offenheit" hat

Zimmer sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber!

Cons:

Dass die gesamte Gastronomie und die Bar schon um 21:00 geschlossen haben.
Dass das Personal "passiv" freundlich war: Das Personal war zu sehr im Hintergrund; aber ALLE Anfragen/Bitten wurden sofort zur völligen Zufriedenheit erfüllt.

It was the worst stay in a hotel l’ve ever had. Since there was no air conditioning or fan, l slept with the door open,

Super mooie leuke gezellige locatie, voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Super locatie, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Grote kamers. Tot onze verrassing waren slechts enkele kamers verhuurd. Waardoor het lekker rustig was. Super ontbijt werd snel aangevuld. Restaurant waar we konden aanschuiven bij aankomst, super!

Cons:

Niets, beter als verwacht.
