The worst experience I ever had
Pros:

Cons:

We arrived around 2:00 pm, check in was 3:00 pm, there wasn’t parking space to park, they were renovating the parking, the office was closed, we tried to call 4 times, no answer, only voicemail, finally someone called us back and told us we have to wait until 3:00pm and than we can park and check in,no sympathy , no sorry,no attempt to try to help us, on top of that the person who answered the phone call back to tell us that if we don’t like the place he will refund the money free of charge and we can find another hotel,NO Customer Service!I don’t know who runs this business but this guy who answered the phone has to go!

Pros:

The hotel is older but it was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect right on the Broadwalk. Walk to the beach. Great location. Enjoyed our stay.

So good it made us regret our othee stays in miami beach. We’ll definitely come back!
Pros:

They have free parking, beachfront, huge apartment, full refrigerator, kitchen with lots of utensils, two full beds. Awesome place!

Cons:

We checked in outside of “business hours” and had to make a phone call to get check-in instructions when we were in front of the property already. The instructions could’ve easily been texted to us via booking.com messaging in advance. Other than this minor check-in hiccup, everything else was amazing.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Right on Hollywood Beach. Much older property, but very clean. Surrounded by good Mom & Pop restaurants. Chair and umbrella rentals on beach, right in front of Hotel. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well supplied. I was only here for 1 night.

Cons:

it was all good.

Wouldn’t return. Right on the beach but noisy and not in the most safe feeling area.

The hotel was right on the beach front

Cons:

The hotel was tired, right next to noisy bars/restaurants that had music blaring till 1am. The room was ok, clean other than the windows which were grimy. The metal gate at top of the stairs and the warnings on the key card about not opening your door to anyone and being aware of strangers puts you on edge.

Perfect place to stay super clean !
Pros:

I loved staying here especially because of how clean it was. When I tell you I usually go in there and Lysol every room, restroom, beds just everything when we go on vacation because it's never clean. But La Terrace was immaculate not one hair from any previous guest in that room. It was perfect! The location was great, beach front what more can you ask and many places to get food. Will definitely be staying here again.

Cons:

Not a thing, everything was perfect.

Pros:

I loved the ocean view. It was very conveniently located, and I loved the fact that it came with free parking.

Cons:

The TV didn’t work in the room. I don’t know if it’s because the batteries in the remote was dead. I think if there was a downside that was probably the only one.
