Great property on the ocean near everything.
Pros:

Sean was nice and attentive. They take good care of this hotel. The construction is finished and the rooms seem to be soundproof. Great location.

Location location ++ What a great find on the beach!
Pros:

Room is basically furnished with super comfortable beds and super clean sheets. The blanket is dated a little.
Good size fridge and microwave and everything you need to prepare a meal on a gas oven.
The views of the sea was super lovely
Quiet room
The housekeeper is super lovely and helpful with replacing towels regularly and helping us feel comfortable.
Room is super clean and a lucky find after we had left another hotel nearby.
Dampness and mold is a problem in Florida - not at this resort. Exceptionally clean !

Cons:

We found the aircon heat from downstairs came through the bathroom window. So keep it shut. Aircon in the room is enough.

A Hollywood beach treasure!
Pros:

The location was Great! Reasonable rates for my 3 day stay. Beautiful beach view!
Soundproof rooms: Amazing!!
I was able to rest peacefully!
Quick response from the office. Easy to access the keys upon arrival. Rooftop view with patio chairs and tables. Whole kitchen with cooking supplies available.

Cons:

Too dusty in the bathroom area.

Wonderful
Pros:

The property is very closed to the beach
We know the place and I went to the Hollywood beach from 1996 we are very familiar with the area
This hotel is very closed to everything

Location just by the ocean

Cons:

Property is simply not take care of, windows must have not been washed in ages
Charges by the bed don't work
Shower has it's own mind
Air con is loud
Next door and I mean next door restaurant is open until 1am Monday Friday and on weekends 2am, they do blast music.

Property is ok value for location
besides that no.
I would not recommend

Overall we were very impressed with this property.
Pros:

This is a well maintained hotel with very clean, comfortable rooms. They really pay attention to details as far as upkeep on the building. Excellent location on the beach, close to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Parking was a bit tight.

Location right on the beach was great. Sean, who checked us in was very professional and nice.

Cons:

Right above and next to a couple restaurants/bars that played quite loud music. They did stop around 11:00 so wasn't terrible. Rooms were somewhat soundproof but we could still hear the music and vibrations.
