Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Staff tried to change the reserved room. Booked a double room with two beds and manager tried to give a one bed room. Finally he understood and gave me the appropriate room. I think Booking should specify the number of beds in reservation details.

Great location and excellent breakfast
Pros:

Great location, walking distance from Hakata station. Excellent breakfast. Room was clean and staff were very nice and kind.

Cons:

It was not easy to find it. Maybe bigger signs or just explain to the customer beforehand that the entrance nearest to the train station is beside a convenience store.

The breakfast was incredible. The portion was very generous—more like a full lunch than a typical breakfast. As a result, during my four-day stay, I only needed to eat breakfast and dinner each day. The hotel's location is also excellent, just a short walk from the main station.

Cons:

Hotel prices in this city are generally quite high. Despite the cost, the room was very small. Once I opened my suitcase, it took up most of the walkway, leaving very little space to move around. One minor downside was the carpet in the room, which had a slight odor. Also, my room was on the third floor, just below the fourth floor. Late at night, I occasionally noticed the smell of cigarette smoke drifting into the room. I'm quite sensitive to cigarette smoke, so it was a bit unpleasant.

Pros:

JR博多駅、デイトスの端っこの出口から徒歩1分という好立地。アウト後も荷物も預かってもらえたので、用事を済ませる夕方まで小さなバッグのみで過ごせたのはとても助かりました。

Cons:

窓はありますが外は隣のビルの壁です。

旅先で寝付けないことが多々あるのですが、ベッドがとても寝心地が良かったです。
初めてでも駅から道を迷わずに、すぐ着けたのも良かったです。
