Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very convenient for connection to the airport and railway.
Pros:

The location was very convenient to the station which I made use of to travel by train to Nagasaki and Yufuin. The Japanese breakfast was nice and filling too.

Cons:

Unfortunately the window open up to see the wall of the next building. Not interesting at all.

住2晚.在深夜都聽到鳴笛聲.不清楚是救護車？還是消防車

我住的房間裡吹風機的吹頭.在吹頭髮時一直掉下來.感覺要更換一下吹頭

リッチも食事もスタッフさんもさんも最高！
Pros:

駅から近く、コンビニもスタバも食事場所も集まっている場所なので、過ごしやすかったです。スタッフさんも雰囲気がよく、チェックイン前後に荷物も快く預かってくださったり待機させてくださり、お食事も美味しくて、本当にいいところばかりでした。また博多に来るときはこちらに泊まりたいです！

Cons:

お風呂やトイレの壁に髪の毛がついていたり、部屋の壁・カーテンの上部にホコリがついていて、、カーテンや壁はコロコロなどで簡単にお手入れできそうなので、上部までお願いしたいです。

Japanese hospitality at its best!
Pros:

Breakfast, both Japanese and western, was meticulously prepared. It was exquisite. Highly recommended.

Staff were welcoming, responsive, and courteous. A huge shout-out to Woo-san and the counter staff who helped retrieve and keep a personal item which I had left behind in the guest room. All was sorted out within an hour. Six stars out of five for helpfulness and efficiency!!

Cons:

A little disappointed, however, that my room was on the fourth floor where smoking was allowed. I had requested a non-smoking room. There was no view, leaving me a little claustrophobic.

For first-time guests to the hotel, I suggest friendly reminders about safety and caution when crossing the road outside the hotel entrance. Guests should watch out for oncoming cars and bicycles.

Excellent location beside hakata station. Smallest room is not really suited for 2 pax.
Pros:

excellent location, no issues going to hakata station with all the comforts and shopping, easy to travel out of hakata too.

Cons:

the room is small, don't get the smallest room if you are travelling as a couple unless budget is an issue.

整體來說非常滿意，雖然房間很小，但是員工服務非常好，還有附早餐而且可以選日式或西式，好吃且很有特色，房間打掃的也乾淨，飯店設備齊全還有洗衣機跟烘衣機，要是能有洗脫烘三合一的洗衣機就更好了
