Nice and handy to the hospital as we had a 9.15am appointment

Cons:

After a 3 hour journey, I was disappointed to find out the bar and restaurant weren’t opening that evening.
My husband has medical conditions so was unable to go out , however the supermarket was handy .

The stay was very disappointing
Pros:

Good location and staff was always there to help.

Cons:

We had issues with the cards to get into the hotel room. They told us that they’re in the midst of changing the old locks because of these issues but definitely caused some stress not being able to enter the room later at night. No where on the website or in the emails did the hotel mention they’re doing renovations. If we would’ve known a drill would wake us up at 7:30 a.m. we would not have booked this hotel. It ruined our stay because of how incredibly loud and early it was. We got the parking money back, which did not make up for it. The hotel should’ve let us know before hand what the situation was and the hotel should’ve taken more responsibility for the discomfort caused by it. We’re now gonna have to travel after such a short sleep which is far from ideal.

The Staff was very friendly!! And patient with our group on arrival

No sink in the kitchen for drinking water.. had to go down to reception to ask for some. Nothing to serious tho
