Pros:

Accessibility and location

Cons:

Rhe bed mattress was too old and soft, building and construction started at 7am on a Saturday right bext to Hotel, bathroom very outdated, police sirens continously through the night, you have to pay extra to use parking at the Hotel when you stay there
