We had excellent help from reception staff when we arrived. There was a wee problem with lighting in the room which the housekeeper, who was very helpful, sorted for us and explained how the light switches work.

The staff, the location , gluten free breakfast. Let us have rugby on one of tv in bar area instead of football. One of the rugby team stopped and had breakfast in our area in the morning. Great location for magic weekend. EV charging very good rate
Disable parking near hotel full of expensive cars with no blue badges . Drivers from them going in to use the gym
The bed…the reception desk staff…the showe in my club room…the friendliness of other guests
I encountered the same lady this time down on the gym reception as last time I stayed and she’s still every bit as rude…I dismissed the first time,because everyone has a bad day…but I’m afraid I just think it’s her…older lady with cheap bleached blonde her and a bit of a hagged face

Messed up Prosecco extra- told husband (it was a surprise for his birthday and got him to pay for it!!!
Had to get ready for a wedding in the gym area with steam and heat. I have a heart condition and was overheating- left for the wedding feeling rubbish. Got back to the hotel and Prosecco wasn’t in our room- the cleaner had it.
Stained bedding, shower gel bottle was over the sink and hand wash over the shower so clueless as to what we used!!

Musty smell in bathroom. No extractor fan
Toilet too close to bath making it difficult to get in and out of the shower and making the floor wet. Shame that pool facilities were charged & also open to public, would be better to have a set time for residents use only
