A disappointing stay ruined by poor room service, rigid policies, and a complete lack of empathy
Pros:

I booked a suite room, it was spacious with decent bathroom size.

Cons:

1. Pathetic Room Service: I checked in to find no coffee kit in my room. I called to request one, along with some dining plates. No one ever showed up for 1 hr and multiple calls, so I had to walk down to reception and carry the plates up myself. When I called again for the coffee next morning, it took another 30-minute wait and a follow-up reminder just to get it. You do not expect this abysmal level of service from a 4-star hotel.

2. Zero Empathy from Reservations: The day after booking, my travel partner experienced a tragic personal loss. We contacted the hotel immediately, but the reservation team was completely rigid and refused to accommodate any dates changes. They clearly care more about keeping your money than helping a guest facing a genuine crisis that no body could have pre-empted.

3. Rigid Staff and Poor Care: The hotel allows a 3 PM check-in but demands a 12 PM checkout. Because my flight was delayed, I asked for just one extra hour—which still gave housekeeping plenty of time before the next check-in. The staff flatly denied it, choosing rigid policy over basic hospitality and personal attention.

Я в захваті .Обслуговування на вищому рівні . Готель чудовий.
Pros:

Гарний сучасний готель.Красива зелена територія. Привітний персонал, є українськомовні.Сніданки чудові , великий асортимент продуктів.
Все чисто, обслуговування в готелі на ви шоку рівні.
Щодня зміна рушників , вода в номері, чай , кава .кавомашинка.Дуже сподобалось. Обовʼязково зупинюся там ще.

Cons:

Вікна в номері були невеликі та відкривалися не зручно.

Personal, Saubere Zimmer, Küche schmackhaft, Wellness

Cons:

Wie auf einem Bahnhof, 20m vor dem Hotel ständiger Zugverkehr, alle 30 Sekunden ein Zug, schlechte Isolierung der Fenster. Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption haben wir Ohrstöpsel bekommen..Nach 1 Uhr morgens nimmt der Zugverkehr ab...bis 5 Uhr..

Sehr schönes Hotel! Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Bett ausgesprochen bequem. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und auch das Abendessen im Restaurant war wirklich gut.
Besonders toll fanden wir den Spa-Bereich mit Pool und den großzügigen Saunen.
Ein großes Lob möchten wir vor allem den Mitarbeitern des Hotels aussprechen. Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!
