Compact, echt Japans, maar vooral lekker centraal in de stad Tokyo! Aanrader!
Pros:

Goede ontvangst, duidelijk en dat je alleen met kamer sleutel de lift in kon. Dus geen ongenode gasten in het gebouw!

Cons:

Achteraf gezien was er een lekkage vanuit het bad, waardoor het douchewater bij een lange douchebeurt op de vloer van de badkamer kwam. Ik vermoed dat men dit vast ook eerder ervaren had, maar dat dan de taalbarrière toch een beetje in de weg zit. Heb het hierbij gelaten.

Couldn't Sleep!
Pros:

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the city center, but it is located right next to a metro station, which is very convenient. The room is quite small, but I already knew that before booking. What I didn't know was that it's located on a very busy road, making it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep. You can hear traffic and ambulances throughout the night.

The breakfast was also disappointing. We had to wait a long time before we could get a table, and the selection was very limited. There weren't even any boiled eggs or anything for the dry pancakes, and many things had already run out and were not refilled promptly. Also, don't expect any extras like complimentary bottled water in your room.

It’s just good. Breakkie is a meh. Staff are willing to help.

I like the available personal kits at the entrance to the lift.

Cons:

I didn’t like that they are so strict with check-in and check-out and be flexible about it- it’s like every minute counts.

Buen hotel, nefasta gestión

Localización y limpieza

Cons:

El personal tuvo muy poco tacto y delicadeza. Viajábamos en familia, doce personas, y nuestra abuela se puso enferma y los más mayores del grupo, regresaron a España. Avisé a recepción, cuando llegué avisé al señor que me ayudó a hacer el check in, a la chica de recepción… Todos parecieron entenderme pero parece ser que nadie me entendió. Me dejé una chaqueta en otro hotel de la cadena y me pidieron una barbaridad por moverla de un hotel a otro, tanto que como la chaqueta era más barata, decidí que se quedasen con ella. Pues el segundo día, otra carta debajo de la puerta donde decía bajé a recepción a pagar por su chaqueta y preguntando dónde estaban los otros seis huéspedes. Bajo de nuevo a recepción a explicar que las seis personas que faltan han vuelto a España porque nuestra abuela estaba muy grave y me piden ¥ 1350 por la chaqueta porque alguien la envió sin mi consentimiento y había que pagar un depósito. Les digo que se queden con la chaqueta. Y me dicen que no me van a devolver las habitaciones y les digo que es que en ningún momento he pedido ningún reembolso. Las habitaciones estaban pagadas y simplemente avisé por si querían volver a ponerlas disponibles. No queríamos el dinero, eso no nos preocupaba pero ellos sin embargo, volvieron a insistir en pedir los yenes por la chaqueta. Es una pena que un hotel tan limpio y tan bien situado tengan un servicio al cliente tan deficiente y sin sentimientos. El dinero no es todo.
