Amazing location, lovely staff and comfortable room.
Pros:

The location was amazing right beside the train. The staff were all lovely and the room was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Fantastic shower pressure.

Pros:

The property was nice and clean with housekeeping coming every 3 days to clean our room. Location was within good walking distance to the trains and into the main city. Heaps of amenities available for use.

Cons:

During our check-in experience, we were assisted by a receptionist with short hair who was extremely rude and unhelpful.

When we first arrived, she asked for the booking name, and I provided my name. She then asked us in a condescending tone, “Is the room under your name or his name?” which felt unnecessary, as we were both present at the reception with our passports.

She then informed us that our room was not yet ready and asked us to return in 30 minutes. When we came back, she looked at us and said, “What? What do you want?” which was such an inappropriate and unwelcoming way to greet arriving guests.

She then directed us to check in ourselves using the kiosk, without offering any assistance. Another staff member eventually came over and helped us complete the check-in process.

Unfortunately, this initial interaction left a very negative impression and set the tone for our stay. We stayed for 10 nights, and this experience significantly impacted our overall perception of the service at the hotel.

We believe customer service at reception should be professional, welcoming, and helpful, and this was not reflected in our experience especially after the price we paid for this stay.

Colazione troppo poco varia con qualità del cibo scadente, waiting list per fare colazione (prima volta nella vita che mi succede). Polvere in camera e camera non pulita per 2 giorni di seguito perché a detta loro “c’erano i nostri effetti personali che intralciavano gli spazi”… dove avrei dovuto mettere la valigia? Fuori dalla camera? Comunicazione difficile con lo staff, camere troppo piccole, non riuscivamo ad aprire le valigie, letto minuscolo, camera angusta.

Mi sono trovato molto bene in questo hotel. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e cortese, venendo incontro alle mie esigenze durante tutto il soggiorno. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in custodia per 3 giorni durante una mia assenza e di ritrovarli al mio rientro per l'ultima notte, un servizio davvero comodo e ben organizzato.
La struttura era pulita e curata, e la posizione è eccellente, proprio accanto alla fermata della metro, perfetta per muoversi facilmente in città.
Un dettaglio che ho trovato molto utile è la disponibilità nella hall di numerosi articoli per gli ospiti, come spazzolini da denti, dentifricio, creme solari, ombrelli, ciabatte e altri accessori utili, sempre a disposizione.
Nel complesso, un'esperienza molto positiva. Tutto perfetto, lo consiglio sicuramente!

Very good value for the money in great location, worth rebooking
Pros:

Great central, but peaceful location. Exquisite friendly and helpful staff, they responded to our every inquiry. The twin room was spacious enough to accommodate two guests with total of their 4 suitcases. All the amenities were available either in the room, at the lobby or upon request.

Cons:

The laundry rooms had pretty weak dryers and it required about 3 x 30min cycles to dry an average load. It was a paid service (and even though we were informed that you can only use coins, we scanned the QR code for the app and easily run it from there with remote payment). There was however the laundry service free of charge available if you bring your clothes to the front desk, but it will be ready the following day.
