This hotel is dated. Had a cigarette odour in the room. The dark brown paint color in the room was uninviting and made the room look small.

Otelin hizmet kalitesi gayet iyi, konumu muhteşem, temizlik iyi, hemen metro istasyonun yanında, tüm restaurant, kafe ve marketler fazlası ile var otelin yanında, çalışanların ilgisi de gayet iyi ve yardımcılar her konuda.. Hatta Osaka’ya giderken bavullarımızdan bir kısmını otelde 6 gün muhafaza etmeleri büyük incelik (Osaka dönüşü sonrası son gece Tokyo’da tekrar bu otelde konaklayacağımız için böyle bir jest yaptılar, teşekkür ederiz 😍.) Ek otel hizmetleri de iyi.. Konaklama esnasında lobide tüm kullanım malzemeleri (traş bıçağı, diş fırçası macunu, saç fırçası, saç bakım ürünleri, bitki çayları, çeşitli kozmetik ürünlerinin hepsinden konaklama süresince ücretsiz faydalanabiliyorsunuz) Ayrıca ücretsiz tertemiz pijamalarda her katta mevcut.. Bu da güzel bir hizmet.. Ancak odaları diğer Tokyo otellerine göre biraz daha küçük, bavulları açmak için bile yer çok kısıtlı.. Konakladığımız 4 ayrı otele göre söyleyebilirim , benim çok param var. küçük oda yetmez diyen büyük odaları tercih etsin✌️😅

The hotel's service quality is excellent, the location is fantastic, the cleanliness is good, it's right next to the metro station, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and markets nearby. The staff are also very attentive and helpful in every way. They were very kind enough to keep some of our luggage at the hotel for 6 days while we were going to Osaka (they did this because we were staying at this hotel again on our last night in Tokyo after our return from Osaka, thank you 😍). Additional hotel services are also good. During our stay, all amenities (razors, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairbrush, hair care products, herbal teas, various cosmetic products) were available free of charge in the lobby. Also, free, clean pajamas were available on every floor. This is a nice service. However, the rooms are a bit smaller than other Tokyo hotels; there's very little space even to unpack your suitcases.

Standart odaların biraz daha büyük olması iyi olurdu, bir de banyo ve ekipmanlarının sanırım yenilenme vakit gelmiş.. ama genel olarak artıları olan bir otel..

Pros:

Emplacement parfait, proche du centre de Shinjuku et juste assez éloigné pour s'éviter le bruit.
J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une chambre qui donnait de l'autre côté de la route donc très calme pour moi.
