Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Excellent hôtel, personnel très accueillant et disponible. Les chambres sont conformes aux photos. L'hôtel est très bien positionné, à moins de 100 m du métro et de divers restaurants, supérette.

Good location and comfortable bed
Pros:

Great location in Shinjuku.
Breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff members were professional.
The room was on the 13th floor with nice views, the bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a very useful desk in the room.

Cons:

Checking in was extremely cold and stressful. The city tax could only be paid with a card and the machine that processed the payment didn't accept any of my three credit and debit cards. The person who was trying to help me didn't speak any English. I eventually had to go to the reception desk where I was assisted by a receptionist who spoke English. I could pay the city tax there with one of the cards without any problems.
Over 90 Euros per night including breakfast is not good value specially if I remember what I paid for the same category of hotel one and two years ago.

Great location, super friendly staff
Pros:

Super friendly staff that go out of their way to accommodate you. They stored our luggage for four days while we visited other cities. Also stored our luggage after we checked out since we had an evening flight.

Cons:

Since the hotel was so full, most days we had to wait a while for an elevator.
