Die Lage des Hotels.com direkt am See ist phantastisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und der Blick direkt auf den See ist wunderschön.
Das Frühstück war super reichhaltig mit viel frischem Obst und vielen leckeren Essen. Der servierte Kaffee war von sehr guter Qualität.
Das Frühstück im Freien auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See ist toll.

Cons:

Leider ist der Kleiderschrank für 2 Personen zu klein, noch dazu war innen keine Einteilung, nur am Boden war eine Regaleinteilung.
Die Nachtkästchen waren nur kleine Tische, ohne jegliche Schubladen. Im Zimmer selbst waren keinerlei Haken, um Jacken etc. aufzuhängen.
In der Dusche fehlt ein Haltegriff und eine Duschablage für Shampoo etc.

Ez egy amolyan elmegy szállás. Esetemben elmaradtak azok az élmények, amelyeket a értékelésekben olvastam. A kilátás és elhelyezkedés lenyűgöző, ez tény! A reggeli kiváló! Kis feszültség után a személyzet is a megoldást kereste, nem pedig a kifogásokat. Takarítás a reggeli ideje alatt megvolt. Rendkívűl gyors és igényes.

Cons:

A szoba viszont csak egy közepes kategória. Mondom ezt úgy, hogy előszöris kaptunk a mellékszárnyban, valami alaksorhoz hasonló szobát, ahol nem volt internet. Viszont kicsit kellemetlen szagú volt. Itt viszont extra gyors internettel hírdetik a szobáikat. Mivel ezt nem tudták biztosítani, kaptunk egy másik szobát, ami teljesen elfogadható, de sok apróság volt ami nem tetszett, nem szép festés, vakolás, itt- ott javítások, elálló szegőléc, mázolt szilikon, stb. Szóval nagyban ront az esztétikán.

7 wunderschöne Tage.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen atemberaubenden Blick über den Gardasee, aus der 2 Etage. Die Zimmer mit Messaline sind sehr schön. Der Park um das Hotel hatte etwas Besonderes. Jeden weiteren Ort der Umgebung zu erkunden ist ein kleines Erlebnis.
