Ogólnie było super :-)
Pros:

Ogólnie wakacje były bardzo udane. Lokalizacja super. Bardzo piękne i spokojne miejsce do odpoczynku. Pokoje pięknie posprzątane, pościel czyściutka. Personel cudowny.

Cons:

Najsłabszym punktem były niestety śniadania. Jakość śniadań.

Eine traumhafte Hotelanlage mit Bademöglichkeit für Zwei- & Vierbeiner! 👌🏻☺️ Frühstück wunderbar, Abendessen im Hoteleigenen Restaurant mit herzlicher Bedienung. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man Maderno wo es Bars, Restaurants und Gelaterias gibt - Hunde eigentlich überall willkommen 🤗

Traumhafte Lage, aber deutlich überteuert und kein 4-Sterne-Niveau.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Gardasee ist hervorragend und eindeutig der größte Pluspunkt des Hotels. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht. Das Hotel entspricht für uns keinesfalls einem 4-Sterne-Haus. Besonders enttäuschend war der Service: Wir konnten das Hotel vor der Anreise stundenlang telefonisch nicht erreichen und mussten deshalb über eine Buchungsplattform reservieren, wodurch Mehrkosten von rund 60 € entstanden. Als wir dies beim Check-out ansprachen, zeigte die Mitarbeiterin keinerlei Verständnis und kam uns in keiner Weise entgegen.

La vue depuis l'hôtel et la chambre, la gentillesse du personnel (à l'accueil, au service du petit-déjeuner et du dîner), la qualité de l'eau du lac.

Cons:

La musique dans le couloir de la chambre qui s'enclenche à 7h du matin et qui nous réveille...Le seul non-sens pour cet hôtel.

We loved the beautiful location right on Lake Garda, the stunning views, the well-maintained garden, the direct lake access, and the excellent breakfasts. The peaceful atmosphere made it a wonderful place to relax.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we truly disliked. However, future guests should know that the beach is quite small and the entry into the lake is very rocky.

Colazione eccezionale. Sia per qualità che per scelta che per attenzione dei camerieri. Bellissimo panorama.

Cons:

Molto lontano dal centro. Suite discutibile: ho fatto notare che un lucernario non era oscurabile (con solo una tendina più da campeggio che da suite di 4 stelle), e l'unica soluzione proposta è stata un cambiamento di stanza perdendo la vista lago, che è il vero punto di forza della struttura.
