Wygodny hotel, w którym warto się zatrzymać będąc w Katowicach.
Pros:

Wygodny pokój, czysty, z niezbędnym wyposażeniem. Szeroki wybór jedzenia na śniadanie, bardzo dobre posiłki w restauracji, uprzejma obsługa. Jestem bardzo zadowolona.

Cons:

Niestety przed hotelem mało miejsc parkingowych, na szczęście jest możliwość zaparkowania na parkingu podziemnym (płatne).

Sehr gut!
Pros:

Im Hotel werden Zimmer renoviert, aber es fehlt an nichts, ein sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, ein tolles Frühstück für ca. 12€/ Person runden den Aufenthalt ab. In der Nähe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Es sind 2 Minuten bis zur Autobahn.

Cons:

Nur etwas Lärm draußen, weil es eine Baustelle gibt, aber das kann man nicht beeinflussen und wir konnten damit gut umgehen.

Bardzo polecam :)
Pros:

Wszystko było w porządku, ale moją uwagę zwrócił szczególnie bardzo miły i wyrozumiały personel :) Od zameldowania poprzez śniadanie do wymeldowania.

Szczególnie podziękowania dla Pani recepcjonistki, która pomimo godziny 1 w nocy, nadal miała uśmiech na twarzy i pełno energii :) Oraz dla Pań kelnerek na śniadaniu - przyszłam kilka minut przed końcem i naprawdę bardzo mi pomogły :) Za mało jest tutaj miejsca, żeby wszystko opisać ale nie wiem czy kiedykolwiek spotkałam się z tak miłym i ludzkim traktowaniem :)
