Wir hatten ein Zimmer in 14. Etage mit einem tollen Ausblick. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück außergewöhnlich.
In unserem ersten Zimmer war die Klimaanlage defekt und das Schwimmbad und der Wellnessbereich wegen Renovierung geschlossen. Die Zimmer Ausstattung und das Hotel an sich sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Wir mussten das Personal wegen einer verstopften Dusche bemühen und an sich scheint es einen Reparaturstau zu geben.
Auch die Sauberkeit hat uns nicht überzeugt, da wir Haare im Bett und im Badezimmer gefunden haben.

Didn't like the smell in my room at first. The AC thankfully got rid of it.

Cały pobyt był spod znaku fali rekordowych upałów i niedziałającej klimatyzacji, ale po obejrzeniu filmu Ksiązula w Gołębiewskim, to nie mam prawa narzekać, bo obsługa tutaj zdecydowanie stanęła na wysokości zadania. Zamiana pokoju załatwiła sprawę. A śniadanie na bogato, najlepszy aspekt tego hotelu.

Wszystko było ok, do poprawy drzwi do łazienki - nie zamykały się do końca. Brak jednorazowych kosmetyków typu szampon żel pod prysznic.
