Lovely hotel, shame we had to pay extra to use the facilities

Lovely, clean, friendly staff and food was good

Cons:

Having to pay extra for parking when the room we had was already cira £150 for the night. Having to pay extra to use the pool and also for the price not having breakfast included was a shame.

Beautiful exterior with lovely amenities, such as a swimming pool and steam rooms along with a jacuzzi.
The breakfast was delicious and a great choice of dishes available. The rooms were super clean too. The staff were very nice and professional.
The codes in the rooms did not work for us to order food in the evening.

Cons:

The hallway windows were full of cobwebs on the outside.
No AC…

Room was very modern and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The first night we were too hot in the room we were given. We asked on reception if we could change rooms, and they moved us immediately. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The food was overpriced.
