The family room was a good size
No storage and no little essentials in the bathroom

No air conditioning which should be standard in a hotel of this type.
Also I dislike the poor lighting in the room. Makes it very difficult to read and do paperwork. And a gloomy room in the morning. Have to keep the blind closed for privacy.

The bodywash in 115 was low and couldnt sus the big shower head or sometimes the temp of the hot water was scolding

Having to pay extra for parking when the room we had was already cira £150 for the night. Having to pay extra to use the pool and also for the price not having breakfast included was a shame.
Beautiful exterior with lovely amenities, such as a swimming pool and steam rooms along with a jacuzzi.
The breakfast was delicious and a great choice of dishes available. The rooms were super clean too. The staff were very nice and professional.
The codes in the rooms did not work for us to order food in the evening.
The hallway windows were full of cobwebs on the outside.
