Pros:

Het bed was hard en ik sliep zalig! Ook de kussens waren top. Extra kussen gevraag aan receptie en ze brachten dit onmiddelijk (helaas veel gastbeoordelingen klaagden dat ze niet genoeg kussens hadden, vraag gewoon extra kussen, zo simpel). De douche was ook zeer goed. Personeel zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk. Kamerfaciliteiten zoals minibar en koffie/thee waren aanwezig en werden dan ook benuttigd. Airco werkte goed maar de bediening display moest je heel voorzichtig erop duwen want het werkte niet zo goed. Kamer was al klaar toen we na 12u aankwamen, blij dat we even konden neerliggen na de treinreis. De ligging is uitstekend, nabij het station, winkelstraten,...

Cons:

De bar paar huizen naast het hotel was zeer luidruchtig (gelukkig had ik oordopjes mee)
Ik had graag klein tafeltje gehad met 2 stoeltjes, dit is iets wat ik miste op de kamer

Prima verblijf voor een citytrip
Pros:

Midden in het centrum gelegen. Een eigen parkeerplaats.

Cons:

Kamer ws wel een beetje klein. 19,50 voor een ontbijt is wel aan de erg hoge kant voor een relatief beperkte keuze, hebben we dus ook niet gedaan.

El hotel esta muy céntrico, en un pequeño paseo se esta en el centro histórico de Rennes, la habitación y el hotel en general estaban en buenas condiciones y se veía limpio y relativamente nuevo, la cama era cómoda y el baño era grande.

Cons:

En general, falla en los detalles que se supone que deben acompañar a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Cuando llegamos, fuimos a recepción para preguntar si había plaza de aparcamiento (no reservan por ser muy pequeño) y la persona que estaba en recepción se puso a hacernos el check in, y nos comentaba que como no teníamos el desayuno incluido, había varias opciones (la cadena ya nos había enviado un correo comentándonoslo). Le dijimos que preferíamos ir a aparcar correctamente el coche ( tampoco te comentan otras opciones como parkings próximos o el funcionamiento del estacionamiento regulado en la calle)y luego ya lo hablábamos. Al volver, la persona de recepción había cambiado y tenía preparado nuestras llaves y papeles, pero cuando le dijimos que sabíamos que había varios tipos de desayuno, solo sabia decirnos que nosotros no teníamos el desayuno incluido, por mas que intentamos explicárselo 3 veces, la respuesta fue siempre la misma, que nosotros no teníamos el desayuno incluido, así que renunciamos a probar el desayuno del hotel y salimos por la ciudad. El segundo día, conseguimos aparcar en el interior y cuando sacamos el coche para visitar los alrededores, al volver salió una chica a preguntarnos si teníamos plaza reservada, después de abrirnos la verja, con lo que parece que tampoco tienen un sistema de control. Otro ejemplo, el primer día, cuando llegamos a la habitación el. dispensador de gel de la ducha estaba vacío, puede entenderse que falle un día, pero al siguiente seguía vacío, lo que indica que no se comprueba nunca, y ademas no nos habían cambiado las toallas, por suerte había una de las camareras de piso, Djenissa, que en cuanto se lo dijimos nos trajo todo lo que necesitamos sin falta de acudir a recepción aunque nuestra habitación no le correspondía.
En general, excepto la chica y un chico que había en recepción por las mañanas, llamado (no se si está bien escrito) Brindden, el personal parecía muy "verde" y un poco perdido.

Great location at a great price
Pros:

Brilliant location. Right in the heart of the city, friendly staff. Good facilities and a 12:00 cHeck out as standard was great.

Cons:

Lower car park is tight if you have a medium to large car (we have a Skoda Superb Estate) and getting in was a challenge (it was a lot easier to get out) but at least it has parking!!

Pros:

Отель нормальный, номера просторные. Местоположение в центре. Завтрак обычный. Есть своя закрытая парковка.

Cons:

К отелю больших вопросов нет, но вот город полный отстой, красивые дома и дикая грязь на улицах. Полно бездомных и наркоманов на улицах.
