Important information:

Please note that access to the wellness area must be booked in advance and is available at an extra EUR 10 per person for two hours. There is limited availability. Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the wellness area.

Please note that the pool is open from 15 May until 30 September.

Air conditioning is available from 1 June until 15 September, and heating is available from 1 November until 15 April.

For reservations of more than 2 rooms, immediate payment is required and it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations cannot be changed or canceled.

Fantastisk
Pros:

Nydelig hotel, det fineste vi har bodd på. Flotte rom med delikate hankler til både dusj/bad og ekstra badelaken å ta med til bassenget. Flott frokost i fine omgivelser.

Vi kunne parkere bilen på hotellet, benytte basseng og badelaken hele utsjekkingsdagen. Fikk også med oss vann og frukt ved utsjekk. Topp score!

Exceptional hotel in Riva del Garda
Pros:

We loved the comfortable rooms, the wonderful staff thst was ready to help and cater to our every question and need. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, the spa anf treatments were superb.

Cons:

The description on Booking said dogs weren't welcome, but there were several dogs accompanying guests. We also understood that being a dmoke free hotel included the pool area, but there were guests smoking around the pool.

Rend, tisztaság, udvarias személyzet, könnyű parkolás, finom reggeli, 3 percre van egy igazán gondozott strand. Távozáskor meg apró, de igazán meglepő es jóleső ajándékot is kaptunk a recepción.
