Property Description

Parc Hotel Flora is a 4-star superior hotel in Riva del Garda on Lake Garda, set in an elegant botanical park a few steps from the lake and the historic centre. It has an outdoor pool in the garden, the Flora Spa & Beauty wellness centre, an underground garage and bike rental.

Important information:

Please note that access to the wellness area must be booked in advance and is available at an extra EUR 10 per person for two hours. There is limited availability. Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the wellness area.

Please note that the pool is open from 15 May until 30 September.

Air conditioning is available from 1 June until 15 September, and heating is available from 1 November until 15 April.

For reservations of more than 2 rooms, immediate payment is required and it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations cannot be changed or canceled.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Der sweet Spot am Garda See, Luxuriöses Frühstüch mit Omelett Service und vielen Italienischen und tiroler Spezialitäten. Freundlichkeit wie in einer Familie. Wir haben uns hier gleich zuhause gefühlt

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Wir waren zum Radeln in Riva. Das Hotel verfügt über eine abgeschlossene Fahrradgarage, die nur nach Anmeldung geöffnet wird und in der die Räder versichert sind. Incl. Reparatur- und Wasch-Möglichkeit.
Große Anzahl an Parkplätzen in der Tiefgarage.
Der Zimmerservice hat exzellent gearbeitet, es war immer alles super-sauber.

Cons:

wünschenswert wären etwas mehr Stauraum und Ablage-Möglichkeiten - sowohl im Bad als auch im Zimmer.

Erholsam und toll!!!
Pros:

Wir waren rundum begeistert! 🤩 Das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Selbst bei einem kurzen Missverständnis beim Check-in wurde sehr herzlich reagiert und wir bekamen sogar ein Glas Sekt spendiert. 🥂 Die Lage war super, das Zimmer schön und alles top sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Absolut empfehlenswert! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fint hotell, dårlig søvn
Pros:

Veldig god frokost. Bassenget var fint. Kort vei til byen og ned til strandpromenaden. Trivelig personale og de ordnet også tidlig frokost til oss på avreisedagen.

Cons:

Aircondition var svært dårlig. Anlegget er nytt, men stoppet hver natt slik at det ble veldig varmt på rommet, og dessuten veldig tung luft. Jeg var våken to av nettene og nede i resepsjonen for å få startet anlegget. Det gikk ikke ann å ha vinduet åpent på natten da det var vendt mot gaten og det var mye støy
Et hotell må kunne levere god søvn.

Un hôtel chaleureux à recommander
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable, bien agencé. Beau petit jardin agrémenté d’une belle piscine. Accueil très sympathique. Petit déjeuner buffet extra.

Cons:

Notre chambre confort était spacieuse mais donnait malheureusement sur l’escalier de secours extérieur.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt, jederzeit wieder!!!
Pros:

Alles war perfekt. Die Lage, wenige Schritte zur Seepromenade, um dort entlang in die Stadt zu kommen - schön auch am Abend zum verweilen. Viele gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, da das Haus nur Frühstück anbietet, was ausgezeichnet ist - frischer O-Saft, liebevoll frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen nach Wunsch und eine mega Auswahl an Frühstücksdingen. Der Garten ist wundervoll und super gepflegt, der Pool herrlich. Die Zimmer waren wundervoll, ein toller Duft empfing uns und war stets im Haus präsent. Bäder recht klein, aber alles da.
Das gesamte Personal immer super freundlich und irgendwie auf jede Sprache eingestellt, so dass man ohne Sprach-Umwege seine Fragen beantwortet bekam. Die angrenzende Eisdiele toll, es war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten - im Bad fehlten mir Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Eine Lüftung im Zimmer war irgendwie permanent an, hätte man sicher erfragen können, die Klimaanlage wars nicht, aber wir haben trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen.

Kleines, sehr schönes Hotel und gut gelegen
Pros:

Eher ein kleineres Hotel, das jedoch alles zu bieten hat was man so braucht. Ein wunderschöner Garten und ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Wenn etwas besser geregelt werden könnte, ist es die Sauna. Da hat man feste Zeitslots mit Anmeldung. Das könnte etwas flexibler gestaltet werden.
