Pros:

As normal staff were excellent although heard a young staff member talking about her s....x exploits as a 14yr old while eating breaky.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good. Bacon was recooked old bacon. Tomatoes not cooked. Mushrooms were burnt. Presentation was average. Normally everything is better.

Cons:

Still using the single small pottles of shampoo and conditioner etc. much better to move to the larger squeeze bottle on the wall to reduce waste.
