Pros:

Location was excellent, parking was across the road in a parking building. Ok till you realise you've left something in the car and its dark out...no specific instructions given for checking in eg: where the reception was and where to park on a city street to do so...

Hope to stay again before too long
Pros:

Finally I got to have your breakfast, not once but twice though the second time, being in more of a hurry I decided to try your self-help continental breakfast

Cons:

Nothing really. I was pleased to see the baby grand piano that you have. I don't play the piano myself but it did bring back some old childhood memories. We used to have one in our lounge. My grandfather played them

Pros:

Great value for your money! My favourite place to stay when visiting Invercargill. Stayed here multiple times. The breakfast delivery system is super convenient. Perfect location. Amazing service!

Pros:

Location and price for the stay was great and breakfast was pretty good too! And the beds are comfy.

Cons:

The bathroom was on a bit of a lean, and the space where the toilet is was a little small.

Noise, the rooms are not sound proofed, and as a result the private function held on the top floor made the stay not pleasant. Rooms immediately below need to be informed of events, prior to booking.
