Good rooms, poor service , not the level of hospitality I expected.
Pros:

The rooms were fine, but the customer service was disappointing.

Cons:

The parking fee advertised on Booking.com was €18 per day, but I was charged €25 at reception.
Breakfast was included in the rate, yet no flexibility was offered. When we arrived, we asked if we could use our breakfast that day since we were leaving very early the next morning, but we were refused even though breakfast had ended only 15 minutes earlier and the food was still available. The next morning at 6:00 a.m., we asked for breakfast or at least something to take away, but were told breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m., despite many items already being prepared.

Séjour parfait. Cela fait deux fois que nous résidons dans cet hôtel, nous y retournerons.

La chambre très propre et spacieuse, la literie très confortable, le personnel très sympathique et très à l’écoute. Très bon restaurant.

Le prix un peu élevé et sans doute lié à la programmation du stade de France associé au fait que les horaires des services ne s'adaptent pas pour autant à cette occasion (bar fermé au retour du concert par exemple)

Accoglienza e cordialità con personale sempre sorridente e disponibile. Camera spaziosa, letti larghi e comodi. Vicinanza a due metropolitane strategiche per vedere tutta Parigi e dintorni. Ottima posizione anche per gli eventi allo Stadio.

Ho trovato, per quanto costantemente rifornita, poco varia tra un giorno e l'altro la colazione
