Pros:

This hotel is why we are now fans of the Springhill brand. We chose this location for proximity to family. Checked in late, the clerk was pleasant. There is a mall right around the corner (but you need a car in this area) with a Publix market, restaurants and a CVS. The hotel lobby also offers microwave food, snacks and beverages including alcohol. Fresh water is also offered in the lobby.
The room is very clean, has a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The room was quiet. Breakfast is quite extensive: oatmeal, egg dish and meat offering (bacon or sausage), good Starbucks coffee, fruit, yogurt, bread and rolls, and wonderful servers, like Heather, who monitor the area and clean constantly and cater to your needs.
While this is not in the luxury hotel category, we would opt to stay here. Good offerings and good service.

Comfy, Clean, & Quiet
Pros:

My family has stayed here several times in 2026 and had great experiences each time. The rooms are clean and do not smell, A/C is cold, beds are soft, breakfast is great, and best of all - the rooms are spacious. 5 Star Recommended!

Convenient and comfortable. Suited our needs.
Pros:

The staff is great. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming, AC is cold, beds are comfy, breakfast is great except would like to see some fresh fruit options.

Cons:

The water has an odd smell. On occasion when they’d mop it smelled like urine which made me wonder if they were using the same mops in the public bathrooms and in the lobby.

Nice enough but location was out of way
Pros:

Nice clean facility. Typical hotel room. Nice in-room set up with fridge, microwave. Sitting area with couch, coffee table. Good lights for reading. Comfortable bed. Bathroom with sliding frosted glass door was weird 'cause you can see the other person's outline - I did not like that.

Daily breakfast was mixed. The hot water for tea was often not very hot. There is a side table with a set up for waffles, but only available on the weekends ( so why not take the setup down during the week? Seems like a tease...). Otherwise, the usual hot options (usually good) varied each day, toast, muffins, juice, cereal.

They had a pool, but we did not use it.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Location: kinda off the beaten path. Not downtown, not at the beach... off a major road, but set back so no road noise. Plenty of parking. Nothing in walking distance. Need a car to grab dinner, etc.

A tad expensive but not out of the average for the area.

All in all, ok.
