Wrongful & unprofessional behavior
Pros:

I've wrote a letter about this unexpected experience which has turned into a case of slander accusing me of some type of destruction of property. Totally wrong & at this point lost me as a loyal guest & have had to retain legal representation to sort out accusations

More than likely won’t stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was great and very friendly , location was great , the kitchen lady was very friendly .

Cons:

The parking lot was a disaster pot holes everywhere , GIANT pot holes. Trim pieces missing all through out the hallways and even room. Stained linens , first room we got didn’t have a working ac . You can tell the property when it was build was very nice but since then zero money has been put into up keeping and routine maintenance.

Run down, major deficiencies
Pros:

My reviews are generally positive, but I feel this is worth a mention so others thinking of staying here know what to expect. Lots of deferred maintenance and management not wanting to invest in upkeep.
Check in: Reserved two rooms, acknowledged Diamond Elite status. Good start, but goes down from there. The lady checking us gave us one set of keys and argued with me when I said we had a second room, after I insisted and showed her my app with two rooms, she finally went to check the stack of papers and sure enough our other set of keys were there. Keys didn’t work, so had to go back down to get them rekeyed.
- AC broken in one room
- mismatched bathroom door handles on both sides so it doesn’t lock
- Hotel room door to the hallway doesn’t shut unless you lift up to align it with the frame
- broken ice machine
- Broken hot tub (for last two years according to other guests)
- very thin and flimsy pool towels
- ran out of blankets and sheets for the sofa bed for many guests (heard lady tell several guests that repeatedly)
- hole in fitted sheet on main bed
- no housekeeping at all in either room (sign says daily light housekeeping like empty trash and towel refresh but they didn’t even enter our rooms despite us being gone all day until dinner
- pool side plastic chairs many with broken legs at risk of collapsing if you lean on one side
- no fresh fruit at breakfast; it otherwise was decent as much as free breakfast goes
- most of the washing machines were broken with out of order signs
- unpatched holes and cracks and missing caulk in bathrooms and bedrooms

Pro:

Beds acceptable comfort
Not too noisy if you’re away from the elevators and den area
Good WiFi
Free parking (be ware of all the cracks and potholes though)

Management needs to invest some money into bringing this place up to acceptable quality and fix/replace a lot of things. For the $$$ this place charges, go elsewhere.

It was great for what we needed. A place for four for 2 nights to go to the stadium

Pros:

Thankfully they were able to change our room. Because it wasnt what was reserved. We needed an extra bed so she changed it with the sofa bed and queen like it was originally supposed to be.

Cons:

They were out of pillows and blankets for the sofa bed. Only 2 towels when we had 3 guests. Hair in all the linens.

It was perfect for our one night trip.
Pros:

Price and location and ability to have 2 rooms together.

Cons:

Ceilings were covered in leaky water spots, dead bugs on floor, someone came to install locks on the windows minutes after we arrived.

Pros:

An attempt was made to correct the first night defiencies.

Cons:

The first night was miserable, and we were hot. I was told by the clerk at the front desk to unplug the A/C unit because she didn't know how to adjust the temperature in the room. The refrigerator wasn't cold, and our food spoiled. My wife stated that the floor was not very clean.
