Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Sun Gardens Dubrovnik hat unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt – die fünf Sterne sind absolut verdient.

Besonders positiv ist uns die herzliche und aufmerksame Aufnahme aufgefallen. Bereits bei der Ankunft lief alles wie am Schnürchen: Unser Gepäck wurde bis zum Hotelzimmer gebracht und auch das Wegparken unseres Autos wurde für uns übernommen. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an bestens umsorgt. Unsere Wünsche wurden praktisch von den Lippen abgelesen, und das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war hervorragend und auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders angenehm fanden wir außerdem den aufmerksamen Umgang mit den Liegen am Strand. Wenn reservierte Liegen über längere Zeit nicht genutzt wurden, wurde dezent dafür gesorgt, dass diese wieder für andere Gäste zur Verfügung standen.

Insgesamt gibt es für uns absolut nichts Negatives zu berichten. Im Gegenteil: Uns wurde in jeder Hinsicht sehr viel entgegengekommen, und wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Stunning hotel!
Pros:

Really exceeded expectations, stunning hotel, with everything you could ever ask for.

Cons:

The only one problem we had was with how spread out the hotel is, and if you have kids or babies with a stroller, you are in for a problem as there are so many steps everywhere. They should warn you that this is how the hotel is built, because it can really be major issue.
