Pas au niveau de ses concurrents

Le sauna, bien que mal entretenu.

Le 8 octobre à 10h30, la réception a refusé de me faire du change sur un billet de 5 OMR, pour le pouboire au personnel, alors qu'elle acceptait de rendre la monnaie pour le paiement en espèce de la chambre.
D'ailleurs j'ai attendu plus de cinq minutes pour le check-out car personne à la réception puis enfin quand quelqu'un arrive, incapable de finaliser le check-out.

La veille le 7 octobre vers 16h, quinze minutes ont été nécessaires à deux employés de l'hotel pour réaliser le check-in

Manque de sens de service et de professionnalisme. C'est dommage, il y a tellement de bons hôtels à Muscat, avec du personnel plus attentionné et compétent (Al Falaj Hotel, Al Murooj Grand Hotel...), qui pratiquent d'ailleurs des tarifs moins chers, et offrent des meilleurs petits-déjeuners et des chambres un peu plus spacieuses.

Je ne reviendrait pas au Golden Tulip Muscat, qui ne vaut pas le prix payé.

Pros:

Hotel bien situé vraiment c'est un plus. Le personnel est sympa, les chambres sont propres. Le petit-déjeuner est bon. Je recommande rapport qualité prix au top.
