Twice I entered the left-hand elevator at the 2nd floor lobby, pressed the button for 1st floor -- and nothing happened! Button did not light up; elevator did not move. On first occasion, I re-opened the doors, pushed the down button again, got the same results, then took the stairs. On second occasion, a staff member reached into elevator and did something that got the button to light up and the elevator descended.

Very nice place, the room was comfortable, and the receptionists were extremely kind helpful and always had a smile on their faces. I think when I come to Rochester I will stay here again

There were no extra blankets or pillows in the closet. It just would have been nice not to have to ask.
Tub dripped, tiles broken, lamp with no buld or shade, bed sheets stained. I asked for the room to b cleanned and sheets changed for 2 days it never happened. I had to change the sheets myself

Lack of parking. Non sufficient light where desk and easy chair are. So a dark corner where light is needed most.
