Hôtel moyen qui doit se mettre à niveau
Pros:

L'emplacement au quartier gueliz avec une offre de restauration très large aux alentours.

Cons:

Hôtel dont les chambres et la literie mériteraient un gros rafraîchissement (pas seulement la peinture qui a probablement été faite récemment). La chasse d'eau fait un bruit assourdissant, les douches sont très petites et le pommeau ne tient pas au mur. Après deux douches, il n'y a plus d'eau chaude pour le troisième (chambre familiale quadruple). Il y a une très mauvaise isolation des fenêtres et des murs. Il n'y a qu'une seule chaîne Française et la qualité de réception est médiocre.
Le petit-déjeuner est très minimaliste. Les yaourts sont posés sur un plateau non réfrigéré et l'opercule est gonflée car la chaîne de froid a été brisée. Les viennoiseries sont apportées au compte-goutte et ne sont pas disponibles en libre-service. On nous ramène à table un œuf au plat sans jamais nous demander d'abord si nous en voulons un, ensuite sous quelle forme ou cuisson nous souhaitions nos oeufs.
Il n'y a aucune information dans les chambres (ou ailleurs), concernant les horaires de petits déjeuners, les lieux d'intérêt, des prospectus touristiques...

The location was good but the stay was terrible would not stay there again

Cons:

The staff were really rude when asking for items. For example I had asked for tissue and his answer was hotels don't provide tissues go to the shop for tissue. The were speaker in a different language when asking for something and swimming for was so dirty do not use they don't clean it. When in shower they decide to turn the water off and the water was not warm when it was working. I would not stay here again.
