Horrible
Pros:

The lake was close.

Cons:

Disgusting facilities. Bathroom is old had mold in it. The air conditioner had black mold inside unit. All around place needs tore down and rebuilt. There was no real breakfast

It was an ok stay...bare bones.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Our 7 yr old enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

The continental breakfast was the worst we've ever experienced. Completely lacking. No hot food, no yogurt.

Pros:

Close to town.

Cons:

Manager was rude. Called me said she wouldn’t let me book anymore with any of their property because I booked 3 of them for on night which is false. Dental floss from someone else was in the shower. Dirty sheet, this was like the third or fourth time this has happened

The door of the bathroom couldn’t close in the coffee machine in the room. It didn’t work.

It’s way overpriced for what we got. Also there was no shower curtain in the shower, no soap or shampoo. Breakfast was Cold dollar store items. Or a joke for 278 bucks.

Unpleasant and uncomfortable

The location was fine. The hotel does not resemble the photos on their website. See the photo below.

Cons:

The first room was dirty (litter on floor) and unmade. The manager did not believe me and checked it. Then they gave us a room next door. It had hair etc. on the carpet, did not have good lighting, and smelled a bit musty. There were no towel racks in the bathroom or the vanity area. It only had a sheet and light bedspread (it was chilly, raining/hailing) so I went back to manager and asked for blanket, which he was was in a cubby under the TV. This time I brought a photo to how him that there was no blanket. We also said the fitted sheet in the new room was a queen and did not fit the king size bed and he argued with us about that. We had him check and he admitted it was incorrect and replaced it. I also told him that the smoke detector was disconnected and dangling from the curtain rod. The next morning at 10:00 a.m. a knock on the door was from a repairman and I asked them to take care of it after we stepped out for the day. Supposedly there is a complimentary breakfast but we did not feel comfortable with the sanitation there. Also, the wifi was only 6.16 mg/second which did not work for my remote desktop but was okay for internet browsing. The manager said it depends on the time of day. It increased to 150 mg/sec when the other rooms were empty during the day.

A great value for travelers looking for a place to rest their heads.
Pros:

Excellent value and right in the middle of everything. Complimentary breakfast bar. Staff is super friendly.

Cons:

The TVs are pretty basic and you have to flip through channels one by one. The shower curtain was too small and let water onto the floor.

No wash cloths, bugs in room, broken toilet, broken bathtub, bathroom fan was obnoxiously loud, and the room did not look or feel clean and had a smell of wet dog.

Down and dirty
Pros:

It was a bed to sleep in

Cons:

Rooms were dirty. Not vacuumed. Counters and sink was dirty with hair. Toilet was not clean at all. Hair all over bathroom floors. Both rooms were dirty. The first was they had me in was bad. I complained and they gave me a little cleaner room that was not much better. I cleaned the room myself.
