Pros:

Location is very good. Beautiful view and nice indoor and outdoor pools.

Cons:

Cleaning: room cleaning is the weakest part. Either they didn’t clean the desk and change the new cups and spoons, or after cleaning the dirty cleaning town left on the bathroom desk. Under the desk there is obvious dust easily spot.

Lobby: the musics is always too loud.It doesn’t matter 6am or midnight.

Pros:

Excellent hotel with great service. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very convenient.

A special thank you to Eka from the reception desk. She was incredibly helpful, kind, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. Her warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
