The beautiful location and views were overshadowed bypoor room soundproofing disappointing breakfast
Pros:

The location is great, and the views are beautiful. However, the rooms are not soundproof, and we could hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms, which affected our stay. The housekeeping staff also need more training, as the cleaning standards could be improved.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing. The same menu was served on all three days, with very little variety. We also noticed insects around the food, and the bread was left uncovered and easily accessible to everyone, which raised hygiene concerns. The staff were not very welcoming and often came across as rude. The restaurant manager seemed to be constantly occupied with training, which may have affected the quality of service and overall guest experience.

Pros:

Great location and views from the panoramic view room. Gym ok, as were the bars

Cons:

Most of the pool beds are "reserved" with towels, but no one actually using them, meaning not able to use at first. Gym aircon not working well. And some attention to detail needed during house keeping (eg all coffee replaced with decaf,...)
