New and clean and lovely staff
Breakfast was not that good. I had to ask for milk as they run out, knives and forks, mugs and they couldn’t find out booking at breakfast either. A bit manic but could be good.
Clean and fresh, lovely room
The pizza , come on hilton, that pizza is a joke . Straight out of a box. Awful. Shame because the breakfast in the morning was great, do yourself a favour and change the pizza, its not worth the bad reviews.
I loved the reverb that’s it’s had looks incredible.
The location was perfect for us as we had booked her for a car show in the NEC and so the walk was less than 5 minutes each morning.
The staff were great and the food was excellent too. Our room was brilliant and very comfortable , we have stayed at this location 3 years in a row on august bank holiday and never been disappointed
Its described as having a “power shower” however this was not the case, our shower worked but was very weak. I mentioned this to reception and they gave us a free breakfast voucher and said maintenance would be in to sort it. The next day the shower was still the same and no improvement had been made but we made do. Overall this is a minor issue as the staff were apologetic and compensated us as they saw fit.
The breakfast overall on the second day i think was very expensive, its all you can eat buffet with continental and cooked, coffee and tea and juice. But at the high price of £18 per person i didnt feel like this was justified , the food was good and it definately helped us throughout the day but it was expensive.

Staff were lovely and helpful, parking isn’t a bad price so close to the NEC and the room had good Air conditioning. Would recommend if your going for an event at the NEC as it’s around a 10-15 min walk to it and 20 min walk to the resort world.

Brilliant breakfast.
The pizza base.
Easy 5 min walk to the mono rail for the airport, easy access to NEC and train station. It is through an industrial estate but it’s well sign posted and well lit, good toiletries in the room. Decent menu limited but decent food. Bar staff were very helpful with an odd request that saved me trying to find a 24hr shop.
A bit stingey with the tea and coffee supplies. Limited bar snacks and bits to buy for the room.
