Breakfast was hot and plentyful

Cons:

The hotel was cold, just a small electric radiator in the room which took some to warm it up. No heating in the bathroom.it was -1 the night we stayed The restaurant was also cold, ate with my jacket on. No food available later in the evening as the kitchen was closed due to lack of staff. Only one pillow each in the rooms. ..The cheapest option for going to free radio live, however a taxi is needed to get there and back as the walk to NEC takes you through an industrial park, not good in the dark for females.

Enjoyable but beware of food quality.
Pros:

Everything was great. apart from our evening meal which was on the specials board. Gammon and chips

Cons:

The only reason not for a 10 was our meal we had was not the best.A very fatty gammon steak which was not edible.We are not the type to complain so eat what we could and left remainder.This resulted in us not considering staying for a breakfast and eat elsewhere.

We waited at the bar for around 10 mins, asked at reception and yet no one came to serve us. We left and went somewhere else for drinks
