Pros:

Staff were helpful and speak many languages. Room is very spacious and KingKoil mattresses are very comfy. Hotel is close to colonade and many restaurants. We would stay there again!

Příjemný hotel v centru, čisté pokoje, skvělá snídaně.
Pros:

S pobytem jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Hotel má výbornou polohu přímo v centru města, jen několik kroků od Mlýnské kolonády a dalších hlavních lázeňských památek.

Pokoj byl čistý a pohodlný. Personál byl velmi ochotný a profesionální a snídaně chutná a bohatá. Celkově hotel nabízí příjemnou atmosféru a skvělé zázemí pro relaxační pobyt.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage! Leckeres Essen! Sauber und ruhig! Hat uns sehr sehr gefallen! Option mit Matratzen auswahl und Bettwäsche war für uns eine tolle Überraschung! Also war topp! Gerne kommen wir wieder!!!

Vše bylo úžasné, personál je neskutečně milý, vstřícný. Pokoj byl velmi čistý, vzdušný.
Možná bychom uvítali kávovar na pokoji, ale není to přímá výtka, jen osobní poznámka. Na pokoji se nachází varná konvice a káva v sáčcích.

Unglaublich gutes Abendessen im Hotel-Restaurant. Große Frühstücksbuffet Auswahl. Sehr schönes Gebäude, große Zimmer. Tolle Aussicht aus dem Restaurant/Frühstücksraum, besonders morgens. Das Hotel hat naheliegend eigene Parkplätze welche man dazubuchen kann. Super Lage.

Die Lage ist sehr gut....

Cons:

Die Situation mit dem Parkplatz, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, oberhalb des Hotels. Der Shuttleservice funktioniert nur temporär, am Vormittag bei Abreise bis 12:00 Uhr, bei Anreise bis 16:00 Uhr, das finde ich, gerade wenn man einen Ausflug in Bäderdreieck macht, ein wenig zu kurz.

Pros:

Hotel má skvělou lokalitu.

Cons:

Služby i vybavení zůstalo někde v 90’. Už tam nikdy nepojedu. Všechno je staré a ošuntělé, přesto čisté. Je to něco jako panoptikum okázalosti, která se stala kýčem. Na zvukové izolace nikdo nemyslel, takže zvuky z pokojů i chodby jako na dlani. Cena neodpovídá. Personál milý a ochotný.
