Not a pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were generally polite. Unfortunately, there was not much else we enjoyed about our stay.

Cons:

The hotel was a major disappointment and did not feel like the property advertised online. The building and rooms are very old, and the rooms were not particularly clean. Hot water was inconsistent, sometimes working and sometimes not.

The location is inconvenient, with very little around the hotel, so we had to use Uber to get almost anywhere. The pool was not very appealing, and the food was extremely basic.

The key cards repeatedly stopped working, meaning we had to go back and forth to reception several times during our stay to have them reactivated. Communication was also difficult as the staff did not speak English.

Most importantly, we felt the hotel was overpriced for what we received. We paid a relatively high price for the quality and experience, and in hindsight we could have paid only slightly more to stay at a much nicer hotel nearby.

Excelente localização e um staff extremamente simpático e atencioso. A comida do restaurante é de grande qualidade. Se optar por meia pensão para uma estadia curta, vale muito a pena; para estadias mais longas, o menu pode tornar-se um pouco repetitivo devido à falta de variedade.

Cons:

Notámos a ausência de água quente na casa de banho e o espaço da piscina, no 6.º piso, já evidencia algum desgaste, necessitando de remodelação. Por fim, vale notar que o pequeno-almoço é americano e não em buffet.
