El personal en general muy amable, la gente del restaurante siempre amable y dispuesta. la limpieza de la habitación impecable,

El hotel no estaba directo en la playa, había que cruzar una calle y atravesar un callejón para llegar a la playa, o pasar por las instalaciones del bar de playa que no está dentro del hotel. hubo una luz afuera de la habitación que prendía y apagaba sola y en las noches se escuchaba ese tick tick.

La ubican cerca al mar

Cons:

Los baños no son modernos. Tienen cortinas. Las sábanas son delgadas no tiene cobertor. No tiene un buen espejo de cuerpo completo. El espejo del baño es muy alto así como los dispensadores de productos. El desayuno regular, Poca variedad, los huecos cocidos los entregan con cáscara. El hotel le falta mantenimiento en las áreas comunes y pintura.

Amé el hotel, me gusto que tiene ducha de agua caliente y agua fria. Habitacion con aire. A 1 cuadra que la playa

Cons:

Me gustaria que abrieran la picsina de la terraza desde la mañana tipo 8 am seria muy chevere tomar fotografías en ese horario.

Un lugar tranquilo para relajarse pero lejano
Pros:

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en un exclusivo sector de Santa Marta, lo que contribuye a un ambiente de tranquilidad y relajación. Sus instalaciones son muy buenas, las habitaciones están en muy buen estado y las zonas comunes mantienen limpias y bien cuidadas. El personal es atento y amable, manejan un buen trato con los huéspedes. Se resalta la variedad y calidad del servicio de desayuno, tiene una buena oferta gastronómica. La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy buena, se resalta el trabajo del personal de servicios generales con el aseo diario de las habitaciones, así como su amabilidad. La terraza del Sky Bar tiene unas vistas muy bonitas del sector. El área de las piscinas es muy cómoda y permite un buen momento de relajación.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, el hotel se encuentra en un sector muy lejano de los principales puntos turísticos de Santa Marta (el Rodadero, el Centro Histórico, etc.), lo cual, aunado la carencia de transporte público, puede generar altos costos en el desplazamiento por la ciudad. El Club de Playa carece de espacios para relajarse (como camas o sillas especiales de playa), y la oferta gastronómica para el almuerzo y la cena es muy limitada (tanto en el hotel como en el Club de Playa), con platos cuya calidad no corresponde co sus precios altos.

Enjoybale Hotel stay great memories of the beach and Hotel Santorini
Pros:

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and Olympica. The breakfast was good and the staff we're always really nice! The pool was enjoyable as well. I liked the decorations especially the Galleons. The staff and reception we're very friendly and super helpful, tell them thank you!

Cons:

The only thing was when you eat outside for breakfast there are birds that eat your food and poop on the chairs, I didn't see the poop on the chair and when i sat down I got it on my shirt. The birds are beautiful and it was a great experience to see the birds up close. But this is a very minor thing you just have to watch where you sit.

Destaco la excelente atención del personal, las comodidades de las instalaciones y la ubicación del hotel, que es sumamente pacífica y relajante

Cons:

Se escucha bastante el ruido exterior, en especial cuando los demás huéspedes salen de las habitaciones o pasan por el pasillo. Sería excelente que mejoraran el ajuste de las puertas, ya que golpean muy fuerte contra el marco al cerrarse e interrumpen el descanso
