Die Dame an der Reception am Abreisetag war nicht hilfsbereit und nicht freundlich.
Conveniently located near Dulles Airport. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.
Website had said shuttle picked up at Dulles. When no shuttle came, I called the hotel and they said after hours, they call an uber. So after waiting 30 minutes, we discovered that we had to go to the uber/lyft pick up area and the ride came almost immediately. Would have been nice to know this up front.

Algo que e comum em quase todos os hoteis, o chuveiro sem porta, com apenas um vidro fixo ao lado dele, a cada banho, o banheiro vira uma piscina, mas esse eh um problema de todos os hoteis.
Convenient location to stay at for an early flight.
Took the airport shuttle the night before our flight to return our rental car and it took over an hour. Had to keep calling the hotel to make sure that the van was coming to pick us up from the airport. They were tired and didn’t communicate well when we called to checked up on the arrival time. The shuttle driver in the morning showed up right at the time of departure even though we were told to arrive 15 mins early. All the passengers were a bit stressed if the shuttle was happening or not.
The hotel was staff was very helpful and even the shuttle bus driver from Dulles Airport was very patient and informative. The lobby is well appointed and the staff were all welcoming and informative, even at 10 o'clock at night.
We chose this hotel as Marriott Rewards members and for the proximity to the Silver Line Metro station for our transport home.
The room was well-appointed and clean with a comfortable bed. We liked the indirect lighting and the comfortable furnishings. The Starbucks offered a variety of options for breakfast which was welcome after our long overseas flight.
