Pros:

Solo traveler. The place is nice. It would be a great value if I was staying more than 2 nights or staying with someone. Mini kitchen and full size fridge is good for longer stays. Walking distance to grocery stores.

Cons:

Paying $10 per night for parking on top of the room rate.

Cleanness. Found two hairs on the toilet when we checked in. Room did not feel clean.

We reserved the room with king size beds and the rooms did not have king size beds.


Bathtub higher than floor level. I almost fell down when exiting the shower. Shower head too low and not pleasant.

No complimentary breakfast provided.
