Good 2 night stay
Pros:

Had a 2 night stay here and I would return. It’s very close to the airport and has plenty of parking - we were in our own car but understand that there is an airport shuttle - although according to some guests there is a slight walk to the shuttle stop.

It feels like it’s in a weird location - close to Malpensa airport, industrial units, random open spaces and houses.

Greeted as Diamond member at check in. Chose points as my welcome amenity and because we had to queue the receptionist gave us 2 x drinks vouchers also.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we had a king sized bed which is unusual for an Express. Shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water.

Second night we used our drinks vouchers and the barman said he’d bring over a complimentary snack - a large plate of crisps, peanuts and tarallini. 5 minutes later he appeared with 4 slices of pizza - we did say we couldn’t eat it as we had dinner booked at a local restaurant so he took it away.

Breakfast was very good with lots of fresh choices including eggs and bacon as well as the usual continental selections.

Didn’t have dinner in the hotel as we walked around 10 minutes to a fantastic restaurant, Samarcanda - the food was so good we went back there on our second night.

Very convenient location
Pros:

Breakfast spread was good. Very convenient and close to airport. Can use free airport shuttle. Room was clean and was cleaned each day.

Cons:

No microwave in room.

Pros:

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we had to leave very early in the morning and couldn’t attend breakfast, but the staff kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us to enjoy on the way. This thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Helt ok for en rask stopp før flyreise, men ikke et sted vi ville valgt for et lengre opphold.
Pros:

Greit hotell for en kort overnatting nær flyplassen. Rommene er romslige og fungerer fint for én natt, og sengen var overraskende komfortabel.

Cons:

Dessverre trekker flere ting ned totalopplevelsen. Frokosten var rett og slett ikke bra og falt ikke i smak. Renholdet på rommet kunne også vært bedre. I tillegg var belysningen i frokostsalen ganske ubehagelig, og prisen føles litt høy i forhold til hva man faktisk får.

Getting the shuttle was confusing as they changed locations. Also it costs 10 euro for is two each way. Most hotels offer free shuttle in Canada
