The breakfast is the best thing
The bar area needs more staff very busy on a Friday afternoon, plus no fish but it was on the menu!
The staff were nice.
There was an awful stink in the first room so we asked to move.
Good size clean comfy room
Some staff had poor attitude and charged for parking eventhough we upgraded our room that had free parking and spa facilities
Staff very friendly and avcomodating
Comfortable bed and facilities looked fantastic although we didn't have time to use them
It’s functional and easy check in
No air con, windows don’t open properly, extremely hot in heat wave
Great pool, spacious and clean room. The staff were very helpful and pleasant even working in this heat. Breakfast was good. Liked the lemon water too.
When we arrived the guests from the function were all standing in the car park. When we returned 10 minutes later they were still there blocking access to the car park and the electric car chargers meaning that we had to go elsewhere.
Bed was comfy however was not clean sheets. Marks on bed and hairs so wasn't fresh bed linen
We got stuck in the elevator. Staff said they've had to call out engineer 3 times in the one week. When we pressed the emergency button no one answered. We had to get the woman who was in the lift with us to call her partner
No air conditioner, and could hear music in the morning
Staff were great
No air con, room smelt of damp / must, someone smoking weed jn a room left corridor stinking, unknown charges for car parking . Run down conditions
Boiling hot. No air con. Can't open windows in room beyond an inch. It was just unbearable in the heatwave. Staff tried but it was just a nightmare. I assumed it would have air con. Ive never stayed in a village without air con.
Loved the pool and spa. Loved the shower in my room. Loved the very comfortable bed.
Ample parking for Blue Badge holders like me was a godsend! Plus the lifts to both upper floors and down to the pool.
When I was struggling with my luggage, a staff member helped me get to my room.
Noise from booming music from some part of the gym/fitness area was a bit much, particularly early in the morning.
I have mobility and health problems which mean I have to bring more stuff with me than most people.
A luggage trolley would be a big help.
Also, as a lifelong vegetarian, I would have preferred a greater range of food options; perhaps with more quorn or soya burgers and sausages. Although you have vegetarian burgers and sausages (for breakfast only), they are basically potato patties with a few peas thrown in. Something more substantial would be a welcome addition - too many of the "pattie" type options lead to gastric problems!!!
I and my family would have appreciated the option to have our meal and get-together somewhere quiet. We had come together to attend a family funeral the following day, not to watch the football.
It wasn't far to get to from our destination
The view over factory roofs.
Bella la Spa e poter stare fuori a mangiare
Non c'è lo scopino nel bagno e il dispenser del bagno doccia era vuoto
It was all round lovely hotel
I think the rooms needed more plugs by the side of the bed by the window
