Perfect even for rainy days. All expectations are met.
Pros:

Very good hotel in general. Friendly staff, Ena from reception should be promoted to a more senior role as she is exceptional and rare professional.

Gestaltung des Hauses

Cons:

Vor dem Hotel wird eine weitere Hotelanlage errichtet ... furchtbar. Wer gibt solche Baugebehmigungen aus?
Im Früstücksraum "nässten" die Saftautomaten (reparieren) und die Kaffeemaschinen waren schlecht eingestellt/nicht gewarte. Kaffee und solche Getränke waren schlecht. Einige Gäste hinterließen die Frühstückstische inakzeptabel.

Refreshing is the word that sums my stay.
Pros:

I love it’s location, vibe and atmosphere. I was upgraded to a Royal Suite on the sixth floor with spectacular views of the city and an amazing sunset view. Everything that was meant to work worked. Luka and his partner at the reception were reassuring that I would like the suite, even when I was skeptical and told them I was very picky.

Cons:

I would say slight attitudinal work attributes of house keeping was slightly irking. For example, not replenishing my mini bar and toiletries when they cleaned my suite.

Disappointed with the Property
Pros:

Close to beach

Cons:

Staff were quite rude, food was not great the breakfast was exactly the same for all days with no change even in 1 dish. I kept dishes out of my room and it was just there for 3 days, no one bothered to pick up the dirty dishes from the corridor.

В целом, хорошо провели время, больше положительные впечатления, чем отрицательные.
Pros:

Вежливый персонал, все очень милые, помогали решать вопросы. На ресепшене можно взять щетку, расческу и тд. Там же дают полотенца. Понравились бассейны, особенно тот, где шезлонги прям в воде стоят, классно провели там время. Звукоизоляция в номере отличная. Вкусная еда. Хороший вай-фай. То, что отель чуть подальше от пляжа - это хорошо, не слышно звуков и музыки. В номере был сейф.

Cons:

Хотя номер был чистенький в целом, в кафе и в зоне бассейнов вообще не убирались, локти прилипали к столикам :(
Разнообразие по еде небольшое, совсем не было диетической еды. В отеле не было навигации, первый день плутали, спрашивали как пройти. Пляж кое-как нашли. Хорошее решение для отеля, но все таки не очевидно было по описанию, что пляж не на территории отеля, и идти на него надо по общей дорожке, на самом пляже никто не следит с какого ты отеля, просто огорожено веревочками. Вид на море из зоны бассейна загораживает строящийся отель, но звуков не слышно. Что касается принадлежностей, типа зубной щетки и ложки для обуви, почему бы не положить это в номер? пришлось на ресепшен идти и спрашивать о таких личных вещах. Платная парковка!!! Я и так плачу за проживание тут, зачем еще за парковку платить? тогда уж включите в стоимость номера, чтобы не выглядело так мелочно. Номер был красивый но старенький, исцарапанный паркет, следы от мебели на стенах. Как будто не хватает сотрудников, рядом с нашим номером пару дней валялось стекло, никто его не убрал, кроме нас. Плюс в последнюю ночь сломался кондиционер. =\ А после возвращения домой пришло письмо на почту, что данные бронирования могли быть доступны третьим лицам (без платежных данных), в целом ничего опасного, но неприятно :(

Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen
Pros:

Personal an der Bar ist TOP.
Alle waren super freundlich und sehr engagiert und einige im Restaurant, überwiegend das weibliche Personal.

Cons:

Wir hatten drei Zimmer gebucht und mussten fast alle am nächsten Tag umziehen, da Wasser aus der Klima ausgetreten ist. Die Fahrstühle sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Leider sind wir 90 Minuten in einem dieser stecken geblieben und mussten uns selbst die Feuerwehr rufen, da das Personal mit der Situation völlig überfordert war. Ein Gast war Asthmatiker und hat Panik bekommen. Am nächsten Tag an der Rezeption zeigte man sich völlig ahnungslos und die deutsch sprachige Managerin wusste angeblich von nichts. Schlechte Leistung, da hätte vom Hotel noch eine Entschuldigung kommen müssen. Kann das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen, da auch die komplette Rezeption mit unerfahrenen Personal belegt war incl. Managerin.
