Dirty Rooms and Misleading Booking,Avoid If You Value Cleanliness
Cons:

Very disappointing stay. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel qualifies as a 4-star property.

We arrived to find our bathroom dirty, with urine stains around the toilet, stains underneath the toilet seat, and a dirty trash bin. We reported it immediately, but instead of apologizing, the staff questioned whether those were the only dirty areas, making us feel like they were trying to justify not moving us. One staff member was also rude and dismissive, telling us that moving us to another room was “all you get.”

The second room was only slightly better. The bathtub was stained, there was green mold around the sink faucet, the carpet smelled unpleasant, and the overall cleanliness was far below what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Traveling with a baby made this especially concerning.

To make matters worse, our Booking.com reservation stated that our complimentary room upgrade included a living room, two balconies, and a bathtub. The hotel admitted that this description was incorrect and actually referred to a suite, yet they did nothing to compensate us for the misleading information.

Breakfast was also disappointing, with limited variety and dry, low-quality food.

We eventually chose to spend our final night at another 4-star hotel nearby, and the difference was remarkable: excellent service, spotless rooms, and much better food. It highlighted just how far this hotel falls short of the standard it claims to offer.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness, honest room descriptions, good customer service, or getting value for their money. Stay elsewhere if these things matter to you.

Great visit and would recommend to friends and family.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived the Hotel staff were wonderful, only too happy to answer our questions and assist wherever possible. The location was great and plenty of parking for our rental car.

Cons:

I cant think of anything specific, perhaps decent coffee in the dining room would be good.

Otel temiz, kahvaltısı güzel, personel güler yüzlü, oda temizliği ve havlu değişim her gün yapıldı beklentilerimizi bu yönden karşıladı

Cons:

Denize olan mesafesini beğenmedik, tesisten denize direk yol ve köprü yapılmış fakat çevrede yeni otel inşaat lari olduğundan denize ulaşım kötüydü

disappointed
Cons:

4 stairs hotel, you arrive in the heat, no water included in room rate, minivar 2 dl water for 2,5 euros... no bathrobes to go down to the pool, the pool is too cold for kids even though there is 32 degrees outside, the playground is on the sun. We booked this hotel because of traveling with a baby but it is not a good place with kids...
and... someone opened our room door when we were still sleeping (i guess someone from the staff...) and when realised that we are in just suddenly left

מלון יפה ,מלא תקלות ותודעת שרות שואפת לאפס.
Pros:

חזרנו מחופשת בת שבוע הגענו למלון נאמר לנו שיש בעיית חשמל ולא נוכל לקבל את החדרים (בדיעבד הבנו שהיה over booking )ולכן נאלצנו לעבור למלון אחר ברמה נמוכה יותר. כשחזרנו למחרת היו מלא תקלות במלון, מזגן שלא עבד, הפסקות מים בלילה, בבוקר מגלים שאין מים קרים בברז אי אפשר היה לשטוף פנים. שלחו טכנאי שלא הצליח לטפל בתקלה ורק אחרי ויכוחים של שעתיים הסכימו להעביר אותנו חדר. תודעת שרות שואפת לאפס. לא נחמדים בכלל.
ארוחת בוקר סבירה לגמרי (בשביל ישראלים) חדרים :הזמנו קינג סייז לא קיבלנו באף חדר (הם טוענים שזה רק כהמלצה)
בקיצור לא מומלץ !
