Worst of all. Run away.
Pros:

On the first day we arrived exhausted from flights, they greeted us with a smile, but there was no room even though the reservation was confirmed. They sent us to another hotel. The next afternoon we arrived at the hotel we had originally booked (quite a hassle) and were given a room with a balcony and a full view of the sea. We arrived at the room and the view of the sea was a jungle of trees with a few drops of water on the leaves that looked like the hotel's sea. After quite a bit of arguing at reception, we were given another room with a real view of the sea. The only minor thing was that the water in the toilet kept running and you couldn't flush the toilet and the air conditioner didn't cool. When we asked to clean the room, they turned off the electricity and when we returned in the afternoon, the room was like a sauna and the cheeses and yogurts we had bought and were in the fridge had spoiled. In the dining room, if you arrive an hour before the end of the meal, most of the food is gone. And they do you a "favor" by bringing you something after half an hour. One evening, the kitchen manager decided that we didn't deserve dinner and kicked us out of the dining room until we could clarify. I told him he would charge my room if he didn't like something even though our deal was all inclusive and I proved it to him. Only after an argument at the reception did they agree to send us back to the dining room. They simply made us feel like thieves in the night. Shame on the hotel, shame on the conduct in all areas without exception. I have been to dozens of hotels all over the world and have never encountered such barbaric behavior, especially in the dining room, which crossed all limits. A person who guards his soul will stay away from this frightening place.

Nice and clean hotel but needs to get back to 4 star status
Pros:

Rooms were very clean and staff very friendly

Cons:

Service was poor for a 4 star hotel.
Pool area not cleared for cups and plates regularly.
Breakfast was disappointing I didn’t expect tinned fruit from a 4 star hotel and plastic cups in the evening when ordering a drink.
Rooms need modernising.

Disappointing Hotel
Pros:

We arrived on Tuesday 30 June and check in was great, very informative and friendly. The pool area and lobby area are very nice and you can see they have been refurbished. The bedroom is fine, bathroom a bit dated but clean. Drinks fine, help yourself to okay wine, no liqueurs included in all inclusive option. Disappointing lunch option as you have to go in main restaurant between 12pm and 2pm this didn’t suit us as we like a slightly later lunch sitting outside and not buffet. The only other choice was ‘snacks’ in the dingy tavern bar. When we went to check this out food was on trays and the choice was like canapés, sausage rolls etc which weren’t chilled so I wouldn’t want to risk eating them. The buffet restaurant was terrible! In the morning watered down fruit juice, I had to ask for butter and shortage of fresh fruit. In the evening it was appalling, watered down soup, calamari tasted disgusting, lack of choice and not replenished. The ice cream for dessert wasn’t refilled and not a spoon to be seen. In a nutshell I wouldn’t return to this hotel as food is a big part of my holiday, we ended up eating out which obviously cost more. The area is beautiful and I will return but not to this hotel.

Everything looks good, but there are a couple of things worth fixing
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and willing to help

Cons:

Getting to the beach was a bit of a trek with no shade along the way, the safe wasn't working (though staff sorted it out), the walls looked a bit worn, breakfast queues were long, and only one of the three coffee machines was actually working

Отличный современный отель
хорошие завтраки
есть спа, достаточно большое

в номере было очень холодно, а персонал никак не хотел решать этот вопрос.
Не предоставили обогреватель, не дали 2-ое одеяло, персонал не сделал ничего для решения проблемы, а просто сидели и улыбались.
Отвратительная система выдачи полотенец в СПА, нужен залог 10 евро обязательно наличными и обязательно ссобой в СПА, видимо, нужно брать наличные.
Халаты в СПА выдавали избранным, тоже только на ресепшене, потом нужно было всё возвращать на ресепшен сразу после СПА и идти в номер без полотенца и халата.

Avoid!
Pros:

We arrived yesterday and so far it has been terrible.
The beds are rock solid and very uncomfortable. The shower has a large amount of filler in it, the drain is blocked. The steel bar that holds the shoes head up is broken so you have to hold the shower head above you with one hand while you shower.

The all inclusive has very few options and the food that is available is quite poor. Unable to get a towel to go by the pool because there is no staff.

The surrounding area looks like a bomb site, everywhere is an absolute mess.

In totality would avoid at all costs!! Not worth the money at all, not sure how it calls itself a 4 star hotel.

הרבה בריכות, מבחר גדול יחסית בארוחת בוקר
לובי יפה ונוף מהמם מהחדר במלון

יותר רחוק מהים ממה שחשבנו, חשבנו שהמלון יהיה ממש קו ראשון לחוף והוא קצת יותר רחוק, צריך ללכת כ10 דקות כדי להגיע לחוף
הבריכות קרות מאוד, היה יכול להיות מעולה אם היו מחממים אותם ל28 מעלות

Unreasonable price for the value they are offering

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was an experience I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unfriendly and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and ignored. Any questions I had were met with curt responses and a lack of basic hospitality.

The grounds were a complete disaster! The pool located in the garden area was littered with uncollected glasses and tableware, while the bins overflowed, creating an unpleasant and unsightly environment. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority for this establishment in the bar and restaurant.

Dining was another low point. The restaurant was badly lit, dirty, with sticky tables and a general sense of neglect. The food was simply appalling—overcooked, poorly presented, and lacking any flavor. It was an experience that left me questioning how this place could even call itself a hotel.

In short, this hotel is to be avoided at all costs. Save your money and find somewhere else that values cleanliness and customer service. You have been warned!

מתחם אדיר, יש בו הכל, ספא מפנק, אמבטיה טובה, חדר גדול עם מרפסת עם נוף לים, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מעבר למצוינת, המבחר, הטעמים, האווירה הטובה בחדר האוכל היה פשוט נהדר

בשעות של השירות חדרים היה רשום שעד 22 אפשר להזמין, פעמיים ניסינו להתקשר ולהזמין ב21 וב20:30 פעמיים אמרו לנו שסגרו את המטבח כבר ויש אותו רק למשקאות, לאחר בירור מול הקבלה זה לא היה דבר שצריך לקרות ואנחנו מקווים שייקחו את זה לתשומת ליבם
