Pros:

Mily personal, nic nebol problem. Vynikajuci bazen, posilnovna, cele prostredie hotela prijemne, krasny vyhlad, denne upratovanie. Radi sa vratime.

Cons:

Hostia nechavali okolo bazena riad a persol ho nestihal odpratavat. Ranajkovy balicek na cestu trochu sklamal po tom vynikajucom stravovani v hoteli.

It could have been better
Pros:

The only salvaging factor to an all inclusive holiday at the hotel was a friendly receptionist - Sarah and the pool.

For the price that one paid the quality of food and service were just not on par.

The staff were definitely the highlight of our stay. Everyone was very friendly, involved, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever we needed something.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. The quality was poor, and the all-inclusive meals were mostly tasteless and lacked variety. The drinks were also disappointing — the juices tasted more like water mixed with sugar and artificial coloring rather than real juice.

Overall, the staff were excellent, but the quality of the food and drinks needs significant improvement.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, moderne et confortable
Chambre spacieuse, confortable et silencieuse (et climatisée)
Belles piscines agréables
Formule all inclusive géniale - tous les repas étaient excellents
Proximité de la plage avec accès facile et zone réservée avec des transats
Idéal pour un séjour totale détente

Cons:

Le café de la formule all inclusive est très mauvais (même le monsieur de la réception l’a reconnu)
Un ramassage plus régulier de la vaisselle dans les zones communes (piscine, etc) serait un plus

Would recommend!
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful time. The room was massive and our balcony overlooked the sea.
The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were well stocked and tasty.
We chose the all inclusive option for 40€ per day and it was well worth it to have drinks by the pool plus the buffet.
The service from the front desk to the pool/lobby was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The spa is run by a separate business and our experience with massages was just so-so, I wouldn’t spend the money on a massage if we returned.

У готеля просто чудовий персонал, ввічливі, усміхнені та готові допомогти, особливий привіт бару (за виключенням певних осіб).
Готель красивий, просторий, дуже логічно побудований, все зручно та легко орієнтуватися вже з першого дня.
Не дивлячись на те, що готель був заповнений по зав'язку завжди були вільні та зручні містця на терасі, у головному залі, на парковці під самим готелем, передні шезлонги, навіть шезлонги біля басейну, просто круто, перший раз ми змогли оцінити всю зручність готелю по повній і без натовпу людей.
Шикарні широкі крісла та диванчики у зоні для відпочинку, гойдалки)
Велика зручна парковка.
Готель має особистий пляж з шезлонгами в ціні, інші пляжі були забиті, а наш просторий, з купою вільних містць) До пляжу дорога сходами.
Номер просторий, зручна постіль, великий балкон, кліма, хороша косметика у ванній.
Рушники міняли кожен день.
В принципі ми дуже задоволені.

Cons:

Є і трохи солі. Я робила страхування замовлення через букінг з можливістю відмови і бронювання вибирала з видом на море і заплатила на 300 євро більше, плюс чекала парковку в ціні, тому мені вийшло на 10 днів 3000€ замість 2700€ ол інклюзів.
На місці ж прийшлося доплатити ще додатково 70€ за парковку і ще 40 євро податку додатково.
Номер на море нам не надали, сказали як звільниться нас відразу переселять, але ясно що ніхто то робити навіть не планував, просто наобіцяли щоб ми відстали.
З іншого боку відразу перед готелем будують два готелі, тому як такого вида на море більше і нема, воно майже все прикрите.
Дуже мало страв локальної кухні.
Чорногорія має шикарну м'ясну кухню, але на жаль нам це не подавали.
Курятина та свинина була катастрофічно жорсткі, неможливо пожувати, а риба що подавалася була вся кістлява.
У туалеті нема щітки! неможливо прибрати за собою, ппц.
Кава з автомату жахливо противна.
