It was okay

Pros:

The common areas were dirty and not well maintained. The pool was bad. The outside was worn down on the patio. The rooms were ok, but carpet deteriorating. The common environment needs major maintenance and didnt have the Aloft vibe.

For what we needed it was an okay stay. Just a couple things that were frustrating.
Cons:

It was a nice place however; the shower door dosing stop the shower water from getting all over the floors and when I made the reservation it gave me the option to include breakfast which I chose. Apparently they don’t include breakfast and you have to pay for it. I explained how on my booking I chose the included breakfast option and showed the guy which the guy said okay I see that. He did give me coupons but said the breakfast staff are very weird about stuff like that and how I would have to convince them basically. I’m not a confrontational person and have anxiety so I didn’t bother. But that was very frustrating.

I would stay there again!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and the room was well-appointed. I used the workout facilities each morning. We ordered breakfast and it was quick and tasty!

Cons:

A few of the machines in the workout room didn't work correctly. One of the treadmills wouldn't turn on and the other one wouldn't raise up.

Lots of comfort, friendly staff and nearby good food and social options.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Location was near our office and a range of nice restaurants and bars.

Cons:

We had a water temperature issue one morning. Breakfast options could be better (although at least breakfast options nearby were good).

Good place to stay.
Pros:

Comfy beds and great hot breakfast. Safe, clean location.

Cons:

Lobby was often dirty. Night staff not very friendly. Modern, urban design is rather cold and a bit uncomfortable.

It's a good place.
Pros:

I did like the room layout. Also, loved having a coffee machine in the room. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Cons:

I didn't like that the shower door didn't shut all the way. The floor was getting unnecessarily wet.
The swimming pool was too cold to swim in, it felt like a cold plunge. Plus the door fob didn't work going from the sun area to the pool area.

It was one star only because of poor customer service
Pros:

Absolutely the worst customer service we booked two green beds got there in the middle of the night. We were only there for a few hours paid the full night price. The receptionist gave us one queen bed then argued with me that I only booked one queen bed then I pulled it up on my phone and showed them that it was two queen beds after showing and proving it to him. He still kept insisting that it was on bed then started blaming the booking website booking.com
