Great hotel, awful car park!
Pros:

The bedroom was a good size, and the pool area is great

Cons:

The disabled parking is a joke. 2 bays are blocked off for laundry storage, and at all times during our stay, at least half the cars in those bays did not have a blue badge. Extremely frustrating when space for mobility equipment is needed to get in and out of the car

Clean, friendly and recommended.
Pros:

Room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. Ate at the restaurant and it was great.
It was so easy to get to from the A1 would definitely come back if I needed a hotel here.

I would stay again!
Pros:

Room was spacious and a very good price for the size and comfort of the room. Really nice decor and it was fun being able to actually hop up into the bed. Shower was powerful and refreshing. Very little noise pollution.

Cons:

Only 1 minor thing, our shower was an accessible shower and due to back to back showers the water goes everywhere. Probably my stupid elbows. It did mean we had to use our towels to do a bit of tidy up, which means we wouldn't have been able to re-use them if we were staying longer. Again minor quibble just when you're trying to be respectful

Away from builders
Pros:

This was only a one night stay as a relief from workmen in my house. The reception was great and easy sign in. The room was nice with a fully stocked bathroom. Lots of tea and coffee making too

Cons:

Nit picking but the parking was a fair walk mainly due to building work.

Great experience and relaxing stay
Pros:

The hotel was inviting, clean and all the staff were really helpful. It was a 20 min walk into the town centre which was fine for us.
The gym and spa facilities were very well maintained and a great addition to the hotel.
We ate in the restaurant and the service was amazing.
The rooms are spacious and clean! Be was really comfortable

Perfect for what we needed it for
Pros:

Great location, staff are helpful and accommodating of a late check in due to event.

Cons:

No outdoor seating area due to construction. Not their fault though obviously unavoidable. Would have loved a few more toiletries in the bathroom.
