Very clean staff friendly and helpful, a lot of activities to do. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Will be back in 2 weeks!
Nothing we did not like at all.
Good facilities and lovely staff.
Lots of extra charges including to use parking, gym and pool. Bar way to busy and loud to have dinner in due to football which would have been fine but then had to go to reception as there was no way to order room service from room. They were also doing work on the hotel so I had to have the blind down all the time so the room was dark as the lights were so dim.
Absolutely loved our stay. Would be even better if the room had a fridge

Air con didn’t work and shower flooded the bathroom
The room overall. Clean and fairly well appointed. Liked the sockets next to the bed. Lovely staff. Comfy bed.
The air conditioning was not very good when set to low even though it wasn’t the hottest days of the week

Location is out of the way from city centres

When you book on line you pass the price you see when you get there they charge you £10 parking. I won’t stay there again.
