Great experience and relaxing stay
Pros:

The hotel was inviting, clean and all the staff were really helpful. It was a 20 min walk into the town centre which was fine for us.
The gym and spa facilities were very well maintained and a great addition to the hotel.
We ate in the restaurant and the service was amazing.
The rooms are spacious and clean! Be was really comfortable

Perfect for what we needed it for
Pros:

Great location, staff are helpful and accommodating of a late check in due to event.

Cons:

No outdoor seating area due to construction. Not their fault though obviously unavoidable. Would have loved a few more toiletries in the bathroom.

It was a good stay
Cons:

The changing rooms in the swimming pool area was not clean, hangers ,tissues in the lockers. Most of the lockers didn’t work and not enough private changing rooms to change.

Alright stay.
Pros:

Easily reached from the motorway

Cons:

Car park is a squeeze while work is being done.

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, due to some strange mattress topper. I stayed before but never had this issue

Great hotel not great breakfast
Pros:

The hotel looks amazing

Cons:

I paid extra for breakfast, there wasn't much choice, we asked for eggs and didn't get them. The woman working was rushing around and was qutte rude.

good value for money. pub&grill good but not excelent.
Pros:

room is larger than normal. amenaties also very good. comfortable beds. big bathroom. Some areas are currently renovated

Cons:

Parking is a bit hectic due to renovations and also due to gym members. I think there should be a separation on who and where people park. I don't want to carry my bags from the end of the parking log because 20 people go handsfree to the gym :)

Won’t return
Cons:

We are in a freshly painted room which stank of gloss and emulsion. The toilet is broken and leaking onto the bathroom room floor (205). There’s no way the hotel does not know. Just continuing to rest a sub standard room.

Pros:

Fantastic bed. Starbucks on site. Very clean and well staffed. Realky goid night sleep.

Cons:

I would consider nets as useful rather than just the roller blind.
