I didnt unfortunately
It felt very judgemental.
Food very good but pricey
Hotel was a building site scaffolding everywhere. Right outside our room the workers were drilling extremely noisy so we left early. If we had known about this we would have stayed elsewhere.
really nice it was so lovely that the spa was included in our stay and it was nice we had a tablet to check in!x
staff was never at reception and the building people was loud in the mornings and bathrooms not great but the room itself is nice

The room and breakfast. The staff were friendly and the room was a lovely size with good facilities.
The room floor wasn't cleaned well by the cleaners during our stay because the floor wasn't hovered properly. However, everything else was cleaned well.
There was no extra toilet roll in the bathroom. However, it was given when we asked for it.

Good access and food. Good size room and quiet. 2 floors up from bar during England game and didn't hear anything
Shower wet room floor doesn't slope towards drain. No squeegee mop to dry floor so needed to use towels otherwise the next person in needs to walk through the water to use the sink/toilet. Disabled parking full of non blue badge cars. I watched 5 cars from the bedroom window park up for people going to the gym. £5 to park and not monitored is a joke. If changing is applicable it should be enforced otherwise it's just a money grab.
Very helpful staff. The rooms were quiet despite it being a major football weekend. Everything was well organised.
The carpark was full. There were no glasses in the room, the toilet was not clean on arrival
Place is great and friendly clean
We initially had booked cots none ready for us. Ac in some rooms were not working. Toilets couldn't flush properly. Then parking was a huge problem we were told on the night make payment before u leave the next morning. And the next morning the new staff told us we should have scanned the day before also (but the staff that night never told us this).
Gym facilities were great bega were comfy.
But disappointed with the service overall.
Staff dealing with requests not well.
We stayed for daughters prom and during a heatwave and the air con was perfect. Beds was comfy .room clean . And staff friendly. Breakfast included and was nice and big variety of choice. And also had use of facilities
